Mam abhi mere baby ko 8 month running he to kya me daiting kar sakati hu kya matalab jyada thoda thoda food cut down karungi breastfeeding par asar nahi hoga . Me aapka 75 wala kar rahi hu to wo continue karu ki 45 wala challenge karu

Ap dietinf kr skty ho kuch nhi hoga... Green vegetables khao prortien nd fibre intake rkho...nd 1 nd half chapati khao ..milk le skty ho ap bd sugar avoid krna...nd ap abhi 45 dys wala challenge kro vo beginners ke liye h...agey bhi ese beginners challenges atey rhengy keep supportind..
