what a great change of pace for me.. still got the cardio in without a lot of strain on the knees. Great class, easy to follow and killer music. Loved all the different segments to each song. one to keep in my archived of Chris favorites :-)

Soooo, not gonna lie I used to have an aversion to anything "low impact" because I thought that automatically meant "low intensity" AKA too easy AKA a waste of my time. But WOW you have definitely changed my mind! This was a blast. I appreciate that you give high impact options and keep it high energy despite the low impact! I also really loved the one you did back in February "old school aerobics to the beat" (you're wearing pink). Would love another old school aerobics workout in the future! Also, your 90s hip hop is always 👌
