This was an awesome workout. I usually get bored or quit midway in anything longer than 30min but this was anything but. The leg circuit with floor work was so refreshing please incorporate more. I truly feel all parts of my body were worked in this workout.

Misleading title - this is not a HIIT workout it’s a low intensity full body workout if anything 🤨 decent workout if that’s what you’re looking for but should be titled correctly
