Dear Lauren. Your Mat Pilates classes are some of the best I’ve taken on line during this stay at home crisis. You instruct so well. I will second lanyc43. Your first 36 minutes of this instruction are the best ab workouts I've ever been a part of. I can't do the remaining part due to shoulder issues, but I love the first part. Keep it up! I would also pay for variations on intermediate and advanced classes.

Excellent, fast paced flow. Loved the slightly more advanced variations, so more muscle groups were activated at the same time. 💪
