Back when I started your workouts I couldn’t do a push up. Since 2020 I lost 30 lbs. I’m down to 120lbs. I’m lean, fit and stronger. 💪 ❤ you have been an inspiration and changed my whole outlook on working out. I can’t wait to hit the mat every morning with you. Thank you Kathrin. 😊

This is probably the 4th time of following this programme in 2 weeks and I am definitely getting better, I can last the duration in most exercises and can complete the full workout. I am feeling better about myself and look forward to each workout. cheers girl

Amazing all upper body workout, best I’ve seen. TY. I am having knee replacement surgery in 2 days and was looking for a full comprehensive upper body since I wasn’t going to be working out for a while and you didn’t disappoint. I’ll be coming back to this one as soon as I can. ❤

Fantastic upper-body workout with an intense finisher to feel alive!. Just too good! I do understand that the frequency of your workouts will reduce for sometime as you are away but I eagerly wait for new workouts to be posted nevertheless😃

Normally I get absolutely nauseated from burpees because they activate my vertigo but I gave it a shot today in the finisher, and while they were slower and not super explosive, they’re the first burpees I’ve done in years and I didn’t want to barf! I also feel how all the core work I’ve done is translating into upper body moves, especially for cleans and presses. Love training with you thank you for always being one of the best parts of my week❤

Perfect❤❤, I did it with my 5kg and 7.5kg DB. Enjoyed it throughly. Finisher has added real spice in the workout😊😊

Hammer, was ein geniales Workout, ich musste teilweise sogar auf 3 Kilo runter gehen, aber dennoch fordernd. Danke für die Kombis, und auch die Variationen in der 2. Runde ❤🔥

Tolles Workout! Hat meine (hohe) Erwartung sogar übertroffen. Gut gemacht! Sehr abwechslungsreich und viel Fokus auf Arme und Core. Bei der zweiten Runde waren dann die anderen Varianten gegen Ende ein echt guter Twist. Bin begeistert!😅❤

Ich muss sogar noch hinzufügen, dass ich den ganzen Tag ein belebtes Gefühl hatte. War das die Actioneinlage mit den Burpees? Jedenfalls empfand ich die Wirkung außergewöhnlicher als bei anderen Workouts.

Holy moly! That was challenging. I used 12 lb and 20 lb for the duration. I used 5lb for the plank flys. Heart rate was up muscles are fatigued. Great format. You have awesome exercises always creative. Have a great time next week!! ❤
