Normally I get absolutely nauseated from burpees because they activate my vertigo but I gave it a shot today in the finisher, and while they were slower and not super explosive, they’re the first burpees I’ve done in years and I didn’t want to barf! I also feel how all the core work I’ve done is translating into upper body moves, especially for cleans and presses. Love training with you thank you for always being one of the best parts of my week❤

Tolles Workout! Hat meine (hohe) Erwartung sogar übertroffen. Gut gemacht! Sehr abwechslungsreich und viel Fokus auf Arme und Core. Bei der zweiten Runde waren dann die anderen Varianten gegen Ende ein echt guter Twist. Bin begeistert!😅❤

Holy moly! That was challenging. I used 12 lb and 20 lb for the duration. I used 5lb for the plank flys. Heart rate was up muscles are fatigued. Great format. You have awesome exercises always creative. Have a great time next week!! ❤
