Loved this supersets workout. Did this with 10kg dumbbells and was exhausted but felt great. Just one small suggestion/feedback - please increase the break between movements to atleast 10 seconds as it's difficult to switch positions and get ready for the next movement in 5 seconds. Holy moly! That was so challenging. I completed this after a 30-minute upper body workout. I'm beat 💓 I used 17 and 20lbs for the duration. That last set was brutal.Thank you for pushing us to always do our best.

I love supersets, and even more with Kaykay. This was a great mix of moves and much needed after a frustrating day. I channeled it into every move and left it all on the mat. Did this with 8kg, which is a move up from 6 🎉

How to get the max out of 40 minutes? KayKay: Yess 💪😅 Girl, this ran by like a no rest at all thing 😅 I used 10 kg except for the dual skullcrushers and the side plank snatches and it felt like a full body burner, including the brain. Love ❣❣❣
