Loved this supersets workout. Did this with 10kg dumbbells and was exhausted but felt great. Just one small suggestion/feedback - please increase the break between movements to atleast 10 seconds as it's difficult to switch positions and get ready for the next movement in 5 seconds. Thank you so much Kathrin, sincerely appreciate your effort 🙏

It was such a powerfull workout... I used my 7.5kg for most of them, had to reduce it to 5Kgs for 2 of them...❤❤ Thanks kay kay...for being there for us...

Holy moly! That was so challenging. I completed this after a 30-minute upper body workout. I'm beat 💓 I used 17 and 20lbs for the duration. That last set was brutal.Thank you for pushing us to always do our best.

I love supersets, and even more with Kaykay. This was a great mix of moves and much needed after a frustrating day. I channeled it into every move and left it all on the mat. Did this with 8kg, which is a move up from 6 🎉

Heute endlich mal wieder eines deiner Workouts gemacht! Nach ein paar Monaten die ich in Marathon und Vorbereitung gesteckt habe fühlt es sich ein bisschen wie «nach Hause kommen» an endlich wieder mehr Zeit in deine tollen Kraftworkouts zu stecken! Und es hat soooo Spass gemacht - danke liebe Kathrin fürs frühe Aufstehen und dieses tolle Workout (und den Muskelkater) - ich hab’s genossen und morgen geht’s dann an die Beine!!

This is one of the most challenging upper body workouts so far 🤩 Oh, wow… struggled but survived 🥰 How great this workout is! 🌟 Shoulders, and not only 😁 were on fire so even bodyweight exercises were challenging 😅 Loved it, loved it, loved it. 🥰 Thank you for everything you do to create all these challenges for us 🥹🙏🌟 and thank you for such burning combos that bring not only strength, but also so much happiness and nice mood into every single day. ❤

Yes, I did it, 7 kg. I dont like upper body workout, it's very hard for me. Yours was not boring and time left so fast. When I saw 99%, I thought oh no... Thank you very much ❤❤❤❤

How to get the max out of 40 minutes? KayKay: Yess 💪😅 Girl, this ran by like a no rest at all thing 😅 I used 10 kg except for the dual skullcrushers and the side plank snatches and it felt like a full body burner, including the brain. Love ❣❣❣

Hab das workout gestern gemacht , also Muskelkater ist am Start 😅! Habe allerdings 10 kg nehmen müssen , hatte es nicht anders! Aber es war so schön herausfordernd !! Einfach cool , wer brauch da noch n Fitnessstudio?? 😂, Muskelversagen geht auch bei deinen workouts!! Mal wieder vielen dank ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
