The amount of knowledge you share is awesome and so helpful. None of the people in fitness talk about these 5 points you said. The words you said Log book me note down karo (probably i am hearing it for the first time & I really liked this thing) then progressive Overloading, straight sets etc. are the things i would definitely execute in my workout plan. Very well explained👌👌👍.. Sir make video on bone related problems .. how to make them strong.. Actually I never miss my workout but due to foot pain i am not able to do my workout properly sometime have to skip workout.. Had shown to many doctors (orthopedic, Ayurvedic doctor) but no results till now this pain is since lockdown with medicines pain reduce temporarily.. my vitamin d3 & Vitamin b12 is low by taking those medicine pain had got cured but after completing those medicine course again & again that pain is coming.. Now from 3 to 4 day again start exercise but when I do exercise like running/jumping/skipping my foot Starts pain..

Sir as u shared the push pull legs workout recently was great...But I have one question..Are You going to upload it again for other push pull legs workout days....I mean in first three days will follow that workout and in another 3 days need another variation workout...Are u going to upload that??

For 3 Nxt 3 days u may or may not need Little bit changes in ur workout plan.......infact if u will not change it will also help u in same matter .....so dnt think so much ....just follow the same workout plan. ...with correct form All d best

That's absolutely fine. Weight gaining as well as muscle building is a gradual process, don't rush the process. Stick with your current surplus till you hit your plateue.
