Bro I m 5'6" height and was 48-49 kg when started working out. And increase it to 60kg after workout for 1 year. You need to workout with 8-10 reps. Don't go high reps. Don't workout more than 45min and 4day/week. Eat more.

I wish I could consume ghee and milk but I'm lactose intolerant. Though I'm still on calorie surplus, peanut butter+bread and oatmeal+honey and a banana as a snack.

Yes you can consume ghee and yogurt. If you had mild lacrose intolerance then you can drink. But if severe then you don't
