We all love eating out, but sometimes ordering can be confusing! We may THINK we're making a good choice to stay on track with our health and fitness goals, but our choice "sounds" better than it is. Salad "sounds" like it should be healthy, and it often is - but not always!
Same for a seemingly "light" breakfast option. Fish is a natural low fat option when ordering out, but beware! You may end up catching more calories and fat then you think.
Love soup and potatoes? Careful! These can derail your best intentions! Calories and fat can vary enormously from one restaurant to the next.
