I've done this workout for 5 weeks now.. and damn, my stomach has gotten toner and flatter.. I've done this exercise 6x a week with some FIIT Cardio and other Pilates.. So I do a total of 3 pilates and a 20 minutes HIIT 6x a week. My goal is not to lose weight but to be healthy and to be inlove with my body! And I'm so grateful I started this new version of me, goodluck everyone. YOU'RE MORE STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES!

I'm only 14, and i've been working out for about 4 years now and my abs were sometimes visable. But now after doing your workouts, they're starting to be visable! After Years of trying to find workouts to make my abs show, this is the channel that is making them

I used to lift very heavy and be super flexible. As depression has got to me though, I lost both of those capabilities. I’m starting to stretch in my room daily, and work into doing my at home body weight workouts to get myself back into things, and eventually get back into those weights

Please girls don't become over obsessed with your bodies. I love lily's workouts, but she takes it a bit far and is too thin. You are at a pivotal age right now. Don't forget to love yourself for who you are 💜

Hello. I will try to do this for 2 months. But let me tell you, I'm going to do it intermittently. One day it's another workout, another day it's this, another day it's another. So I'm going to date it. Be in the know Day 1, 14/12/24: That's too bad. I struggled excessively and felt the burning. I feel like it's going to work. The reason I do this is because my waist has thickened while increasing my hips and weight. I'll look into it. And I trust you, Lily, patience. Like to remind you💌💌

Should my stomach/abdomen be puffing outward when doing some of these exercises? I saw a video about doming and I don’t want to learn the wrong form 🙈 any tips? I also heard in order to contract your core the proper way, you can make the ‘s’ sound. Is that true?

yes the s sound is super effektive! while your doing the exercise expecually when your on your back make sure that your back ist flat on the ground (trust me) and its totally normal that you stomak is "puffing" outwards. wish you luck
