@Loeka Van den Bergh I did Lilys when I got bored from Chloe. since Chloes are more for Beginners. Lily made me gain strength and also to my core. Then after, when I was got tired from having time breaks. I switched to Pamela Reifs. then I mixed Pamelas with other workouts but yes. i also do other workouts, dont just do cardio. training your muscle will help you lose fat.

don’t quit! i was doing this, 9 days in a row and felt amazing results…but lost them because i pushed off working out and it was NOT worth it. i’m jumping back into it though and I can tell i’m stronger with those 9 days alone

I did this for 2 weeks I am so happy with myself even though there was no drastic change I can feel the small changes and the main outcome is strength. In start I was struggling but now I can go with the flow.

I only fast once a week. That helped me with one at 43♠♠♠♠ The remaining weight is 70 kg. I have never heard of them having helped anyone. I know this story. I am an outsider in my own family. Day 1 : ✅ easy , hurted a little Day 2: woke up feeling the tightness in my stomach( before the workout) Day 2: ✅ after the workout it burned so good Day:3: ✅ Very challenging, but pulled through Day 4: ✅ Starting over because I haven’t did it in like a week😖

I've struggled with belly fat my whole life. Even when i was in highschool and had anorexia (underweight by 40 lbs!), i still had a fatty stomach. These comments got me excited to try this!! Day 1:✅ bit of a struggle😅 Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ not bad at all until the last 2 minutes 😂 Day 4:✅ had some super intense hip pain but powered through! Day 5:✅ easy peasy! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ really feeling sore today (in a good way!) Day 9: ✅ woke up SUPER sore because I did a yoga class in addition to this yesterday 😅 Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ We got this!! This is such a good workout when I started I was 159 (Reminder this is my 6th day) I see a big difference now I’m 156! If ur seeing this don’t give up even though the first day might be difficult

Done this for three weeks but every second day. Still got results and it is nice seeing how your body gets stronger and stronger :) started with the easier versions and I hade to take some breaks in between, but now I can do the whole workout almost exactly how you do it. Abs are really starting to show!! 🙌

Tried this workout for 14 days and noticed a difference after 5 days and even better difference after 14 days. I still do this workout almost everyday. I set a reminder for myself so I don't forget. I am in my late 50's and post menopausal and really didn't think this would help but it definitely does. I do daily workouts and add this workout in later in the day for only 10 minutes. I'm thankful I founds this video and would definitely recommend. Thanks Lilly!! 🙂

Alright I am starting this today along with her thigh fat burning and summer leg video and here are my day by day updates!!! Day one: ✅ I felt the burn and that was so good! My hip flexor really hurt during one of them. The plank hip dips were also challenging! Day two: ✅ So glad that I am doing this for myself!!! Already seeing improvements! Day 3 and 4: ✅ I am going to switch to a harder one because this one is starting to feel easy

I’ll be doing this for 14 days or even long but i’ll keep you guys updated Day 1 : definitely felt the burn in my abs! Pushed myself to keep going!! Day 2: Didn’t feel much of burn in my abs, the workout went by so fast today Day 3: my legs are sore for some reason but i can definitely feel the abs burning

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Ok! I have 30 days to melt the fat away! I started doing 45~ mins of cardio in the last week after months of not working out at all. I didn't feel challenged enough and didn't feel sore after so I came back to this video. I'm going to do 30 mins of cardio and this workout for 1 week, in the current calorie deficit I'm in. After a week, I;ll up the difficulty Day1: WHOO what a struggle. The hip dips were so hard. I felt the burn in my arms alot. I'm looking forward to getting some definition back! Day2: already a little bit easier. no other exercise today, my body was anxious all afternoon but I figured this was better than nothing. Started the no bread/red meat/alcohol/fruit after lunch/no junk food diet today. I finally got a scale. I'm 162

I did this workout for the 14 days and got amazing results. By the fourth day I could already notice a difference. If I wasn't doing this workout around Easter and hadn't had a few family feasts I'm sure my results would be even more phenomenal 😂. Amazing, highly recommended doing this workout. I am now starting a new workout from Lilly Sabri. It's the Hot Girl Summer Abs, 8 Min, 10 Days. And I will be sure to leave a comment on that video to let you all know how it goes! Trying this workout Day 1: ✅it was hard it burned so bad, my ribs hurt, but i felt like i saw the slightest bit of improvement already!!! Day 2:❌i didnt finish tho it stilled burned really bad… Day 3:❌i have time to do Day 4:✅it did it twice for day i missed an dan extra one for not finishing, it burned little but i am seeing more improvements!

Doing this workout + a few more! Days: What I did: Day 1: I first did a quick warm up with some high knees and jumping jacks to get my heart rate up and then I jumped into the workout half way in I was feeling it pretty intense for me but I loved it!

doing this for 2 weeks!! (please drink more water if you drink little to no water a day) day 1✅- DEFINITELY felt the burn, no difference yett but i swear i could feel it. and honestly the 10 minutes went by sooo fast i was surprised when i was done! day 2-✅i actually did this twice today and y'all.... i swear i can almost see the results if not i can most def feel a difference. the burn feels sooo gooddd day 3-❌ i couldnt todayy☹️ day idk- i have been doing this for wayy over 14 days and night i just say the results are CRAZZYYY. my back fat is almsot non existent and my stomach is way way wayy more defined. (i honestly haven't been on any diet, not saying should binge eat or anything, but you can definitely eat fast foods while doing this!!) i will continue to do this 2-4 times a week if any questions!

I'm for sure going to try this as I had some trouble in the past. For sure gonna update B) Day 1: Ten minutes, mostly feel burning in my leg and arms although core does tremble! Day 2: I woke up with my abs sore from the day before. Though it hurt, I still did continue with the routine and the top part of my back fat and love handles dissapeared! I'm so glad!! Day 3:The burn was amazing and I did the entire routine even better than the second day. I'd just like to mention I'm not the most fit person but if I can do this you can B) (*menstrual cycle will resume ㅠㅠ)

I advise you girls to do its exercises. I literally tried booty and hip dips exercises, and literally one week ago, the results were amazing, I saw results from the first 3 days, and believe me, everything are wonderful, and the thing is beautiful. Most of her exercises are 10-5 minutes, you don't feel the time, and the results are literally awesome Thank u so muchhh💗

The fat on my back definitely lessened, posture improved a lottttt and my abs are more toned than before, of course there isn‘t any drastic change yet but theres still three weeks till I‘m done with this challenge. Over time, the exercises got easier so if you feel like you‘re struggling, keep going! It‘s so worth it 🥰 (I do this workout along with jogging and 2 other workouts!!) edit: Hey so I fell sick and I was unable to continue from day 8 on, sorry about that 🥲 I‘ll be back from next week on! since everyone’s doing daily updates i’ll hop in day1: i think i failed to do all the workouts properly since i was feeling back pain & i didn’t feel any burn after workout, i’ll try better tmrw! day2: i did a warm up before this & it def helped w my back pain, however need to work on controlling my leg fs. day3: i can’t manage to finish the lower ab workout, like i’m struggling to stabilize my feet but doing better than yesterday

Thanks for your video! Humans pay the price for having excessive fat. I easily understood that I was overweight - my BMI was 26. I really had problems which with this channel Practical Health speaks of. Thanks to its explanatory videos I shed 15 kg and really feel younger! My sleep and mood become better!

Gonna update everyday to hold my self accountable: Day 1: workout was good. I had some trouble finishing some exercises, but I felt it mostly in my legs (so I think I’m doing something wrong ☹️) I’ll try to work out form tmmr Day 2: I feel sore on my abs today and I thought I would struggle with the workout but it’s as the same as yesterday. I like that workout it short but I feel like it isn’t enough sometimes. Idk tho Day 2: okay so on actual “day 3” I didn’t do my workout because I didn’t get home until like 10pm. But I did it yesterday and just forgot to update 😅. I felt the burn for sure, however it’s still to early to see any results. Since I skipped a day I’m counting this as “day 2” again to keep it even! Day 3: I did the workout and I feel ok! 💃 Day 4: I did the workout after weightlifting and I felt it for sure today ☹️. It felt harder for some reason but idk. I usually try to do both my workouts separately so I can actually give my full effort to both but with school I have to fit them both under the same 2 hours . But feel good after 🕺🏻 Day 4: I skipped day five 😬. So I’m re doing day four and moving on from there. I have rlly bad self control but workout was fine. Day 5: I don’t think I’ve mentioned that I haven’t been sore rlly. But I also started a calorie deficit, but literally today is my first day so who knows if I’ll even stick to it 😬. I started like 2 weeks ago to cut out snacks and eat less but today I’m actually starting to count my calories and do portion control. ANWYAYS I have lost a pound or 2 but I also do weightlifting so it might also be because of that. Either way doing any workout and being on a diet you can for sure loose weight, it’s just all about consistency. I rlly hope I stick to my workout journey 😅 Day 5: skipped a day again. Also binged ate so I gained some weight ☹️. But today is done 🧑🏽‍🦲 Day 6: almost done with week one ☺️. Okay so honestly don’t know if I’ve been losing weight or not. My scale say some number and then says another number wayyyy off. I hope I’m loosing weight. I feel good and all! I added some cardio.. which I’m not good at all. I’m trying to run for 20 min but I’m not even close to that time. I just need to push through and aim my goal closer every day. Anyways I’m rlly sweaty 🧑🏽‍🦲 Day 7: one week officially done 💪💪 Week 2 (?) Day 1: skipped a lot of days 💀. But back. Dk if I would say this is my second week but either way workout is done !! Day 2: done ✅ Day 3: done 😕 Day 4: 🎉 Day 5: 😅 Day 6: done ☑️ Day 7: done ✅ Finsihed with the 2 weeks. Might keep doing it tho

@@raysregion5216 the result was just loosing a few pounds. I was happy with it but I stopped caring about my diet and workouts so I gained the weight back. But if your strict with anything you’ll definitely see results

5 months ago my sister left to go back home, she has been keeping me updated and has lost over 5kg, she’s now the one keeping me motivated. I will be doing Pamela’s leg workout and lily sabri Abb workout, I will keep you updated: Day 1️⃣✅: I’m really difficult to please because I never usually get a burn after ab workouts but this one was great. I can feel the burn. Can’t wait for tomorrow Day 2️⃣✅: my arms were a bit sore but I pushed through. I started to enjoy the workout towards the end Day 3️⃣✅: I did this with a friend, I couldn’t keep focus. It was fun. I’m really enjoying this workout Day 4️⃣❌: I felt so sick as I’m gluten intolerant and had vegetarian rolls for dinner, i couldn’t do it Day 5️⃣✅: had no stops, I felt proud today. I really hate plank hip dips! Day 6️⃣✅: I didn’t really have the motivation today but I pushed through Day 7️⃣✅: this workout is great, but I can’t see or feel any change.

Day 1: some of the exercises I hated but I kept going 🙈❤️ Day 2: When I woke up my abs were sore but that didn’t stop me from doing the workout 🏋🏼💕🙊 Day 3: I did the workout! It was really fun and it’s getting easier! I really am loving it ❤️🙊🥰 Day 4: The workout was fun! For some reason my left leg hurts when I am pumping it. 🙊🙈 Day 5: I didn’t enjoy the workout today and started rolling on he floor 😂🙈 I will try and be better tmr! Day 6: the workout was better today! I felt motivated and ready for a good day ❤️ 🥰 Day 7: I tried really hard today and I felt a burn! I hate when we are doing the leg pumping! 😭 🦵🏼🏋️🏋️‍♂️ Day 8: I did the workout. Day 1: Man I was sweating like a piggy! This day was brutal. I struggled doing the exercises for the whole time limit Day 2: I definitely felt sore in my shoulders, hips and lower tummy. The workout was about the same as Day 1 Day 3: The workout was easier today! My body wasn't AS sore as yesterday. Plus the 10 minutes flew by. :> Day 4: It felt a bit harder today for some reason, but I can tell I'm getting stronger! Day 5: Most definitely easier. I have to take less breaks! But man that leg pumping is killer. Day 6: Guys it's getting easier. I can tell my core is stronger. I'm also less sore, though I still feel it in my back and lower tummy. Day 7: Half way! I am so much stronger in my legs and core, I'm really feeling this working, even if there is no visuals to back it up. Day 8: I had a headache today, but I still managed to do it. It was a bit difficult because of that, but I seemed to struggle less with the leg pumping, and the plank portion Day 9: I was able to do every exercise for the full duration without ANY breaks! I'm really getting stronger. Day 10: My room was super hot, so I sweated more than usual, but my core is able to handle a lot more. Day 11: About the same as yesterday. Day 12: It was like 80° in my bedroom so I mega sweat, but I'm for sure getting stronger. Day 13: It's almost two weeks! Guys I'm starting to see very slight definition in my tummy. Day 14: I did the two weeks! I am so much stronger, and Visually I am beginning to see a difference. I'm going to keep going! Day 15: This workout easily has fallen into my routine. Also no one talks about that second exercise! That one is killer.

I used to do Pamela workouts but nowadays they comes to me so hard I mean the weather is so hot. And the thing is that when you do Pamela workouts it helps you to get muscles 💪 And when you do Lilly’s workouts it would help you to lose weight and stay toned 😄

Youre using your legs to move. Relax your legs and tense up your core (not too much though, still gotta move) it'll make your stomach a little (maybe a lot haha) sore but it means you worked those muscle instead

Alright wish me luck Day 1: Done, It was quite hard, especially the first exercises but I got through it Day 2: Done, not that much easier than yesterday but I did it Day 3: Done, this was actually a little bit easier than the last two days, but still getting there Day 4: Done, I did this right after diner, I don't know if that's good or not but I did it and it was quite the same as yesterday Day 5: Done, the one where you go plank is still very hard for me to do but I'm trying, everything else went good Day 6: Done, I didn't feel good today Had a big headache and stomachache, still did the workout but it was quite hard Day 7: Done, I feel like it was easier at the start lol also i'm doing plank instead of that other excersise, because I'm in socks and they keep sliding lol Day 8: Done, Really didn't have any motivation today as I got home from an exam, but still did it Day 9: Done, I did it with my mom today. That helped a lot. Day 10: Done, Plank became a lot easier for me somehow Day 11: Done, almost forgot it today. Glad I'm still going. Almost there Day 12: Done, it was slippery so I couldn't do the plank one very well. Still tried. It's becoming easier for me too Day 13: Done, almost thereee. It's becoming quite easy for me. i've been actively doing different sports for about 3 years. however I'll start this 14 day program because i want my body to get in shape. i'll share the developments with you. Day 1: ✓ I feel the burning from top the bottom. but i'm not gonna give up! Day 2: ✓ It started to feel a little easier. I feel fitter already Day 3: ✓ I didn't even realize how 10 minutes passed. I can already see a difference in my belly Day 4: × uhhmm i actually have no excuse Day 5: ✓ DONE !! Day 6: × i had no time Day 7: ✓ exercises are much easier now. I can see the changes Day 8: × Day 9: × Day 10: ✓ These 10 min passed like 2 min Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:
