ok so i did this workout for like 2 and a half weeks and i see such a difference its crazy. I did not diet or do any other ab workouts during the time i did this and i still saw results. It so easy knowing its 5 minutes. Also i would like to say if youre doing this workout so you can look better think of it in other way. I started this workout being like i want to be less fat and stuff like that but then later on i started saying i wanted to be heathlier, stronger and that little mindset change fixed all my doubts and then 2 weeks rolled around and i looked in the mirror and was shocked by the results. of course this is a great workout but that mindset change made it so much better for me.

I am going to try to do this every day until summer. I want to get toned and just feel more confident this summer. I will update every day. Fingers crossed I don't give up! Day 1- Success! This was so much harder then I thought it would be but I'm proud of myself for finishing day one! Day 2-Success! Even harder than day one because my abs were sore but i'm glad I didn't talk myself out of it. Day 3-Success! My abs were on fire today. Took more breaks then normal, but I finished. Day 4-Unsuccessful. It was my birthday so I didn't workout. Day 5-Success! Not as bad I think it is starting to get better.

Day 19 Results- I started out with little to no tone in my stomach, and this combined with two other workouts got me a line down the middle of my tummy and i can see lines on my upper abs. my core is tight and I will continue this workout.

I definitely recommend this I have been doing this with another one of her ab workouts and got great results ill put them below Day 1.✅burned my stomach but i felt a tiny bit of a pull and was overall easy. Day 2.✅still burned cause im doing two but fast and easy. Day 3.✅My core was really tight so it hurt a bit and my legs were a little sore. Day 4.✅just burned but was fast. Day 5.✅Same as the other day Day 6.✅Same as the other day. Day 7.✅Same as the other day. Day 8.✅ Day 9.✅ Day 10.✅ Day 11.✅ Day 12.✅ Day 13.✅ Day 14.✅ I did this for two weeks before my stomach was 86cm and now it is 78cm so i have lost 8cm i really love this workout as i said before i recommend it its fast and easy but you do get the burn and great results i will do this for two more weeks and mabye update.

doing it for 14 days let’s go! day 1 - ✅ for the first couple i didn’t feel much of a burn but after i passed the 6th exercise…woo the burn kicked in. biggest tip is to just push even if you want to stop, push, push, push - it’s only 5 minutes anyways and it can make a huge difference! i’ll update everyday! day 2 - ✅ wow this burned! i can tell you even after the first 3 it was burning but i think that was because i sped it up a little. the five minutes goes by so fast because it’s only 10 exercises! also can we take a moment to appreciate lilys optimism throughout the entire thing - but yea i’ll see you guys tomorrow! day 3 - ✅ today it burned even more, it’s supposed to get easier but it’s just burning more and more. i don’t see any results but i’ll keep trying and see what happens. see you tomorrow! day 4 - ✅ a little easier easier today, but the burn kicked in faster. no visible difference yet but my school skirt is a little loose and that made me feel better. but yes nothing is visible yet i’m going to keep going and then see. (i did make measurements of my waist and hips before i started but i’m not going to share them) see y’all tomorrow! day 5 - ✅ i see no difference yet :( but still burns. i feel my core is much stronger than when i started. see you tomorrow:) day 6 - ✅ no visible difference but i can feel a difference like i said yesterday. i’ve definitely got more motivation but from tomorrow i’m going to start another one of lilly’s ab workouts and continue this too until i see results. i’ll let you guys know which one if you want, but until tomorrow :)

I’m going to follow this routine for a couple weeks and update with the results! I also eat healthy whole foods, and I eat a high protein diet. MY STATS: I’m 5’7” and 125 lbs (or 171cm and 57kg). I’m relatively slim/fit, but I do not have defined abs. My waist is 69-70cm. MY GOAL: to get defined 11 line abs ! Day 1 ✅ did exercise for 5 mins Day 2, 3, 4 ❎ skipped exercise to regenerate muscle Day 5 ✅ did exercise for 5 mins

@@oneandonlyolli hi I just saw this because I stopped doing this and got so busy sorry, so my diet was basically just mostly protein but I did a calorie deficit and ate once a day, water and tea in the day and big healthy protein portions in the evening and I stopped eating at 8-8:30pm and my measurements after were significantly lower, waist 22inchesand and hips 33.5inches after two weeks but it differs from person to person I’m a skinny person with low fat percentage and the way it works for me might not be for another person, we can only keep working on ourselves to see what really suits us

So I’ve been trying a few different work outs and none of them have been working. So I trust this one! I’ll be doing it for 2 weeks because that’s when everyone is supposed to see some results according to the comments I’ve read Day 1: it was actually super easy!!! I did it twice in a row but I’m tired now😔 Day 2: I felt the same burn again and I felt a little sick because I ate not too long ago but that’s okay!!! Day 3: Did it twice today and guys I already see improvement!! Day 4: I forgot to mention that I’m on a diet. I went from 128 to 123 and I’ve been eating fruits and occasionally a tiny snack Day 5: Twice as always and I got ahold of a tape measure thing!!! Waist is 28, left arm is 10, right arm is 10, left thigh is 21, right thigh is 21, my left leg is 13 and my right leg is also 13!! Day 6: Skipped Day 7: Idk how but my waist went from 28 to 26 Day 8: Sorry guys I was really hungry and got tired of fruit so I ate 5 slices of pizza🙁 my waist is 27 but I promise I’ll resist next time Day 9: I did it 4 times last night because I was really upset Day 10: My waist is 25 1/2!!!! Day 11: Sorry guys, I skipped today. I got home late and just wanted to lie down

I’m going to try do do this every day for a week. Starting march 16th Day 1:✅ I did a 2km walk before it. But the workout felt good and pretty short I think it would feel longer if I was doing all the movements all well. I think I will get better Day 2: ✅ it felt good today but my neck was really hurting. I think I did better with less breaks. And before I ate a healthy breakfast. Edit: 9pm I did a 20 min peloton bike ride that burned like 80 cars and did like a 6km and I watched what I ate and ate 3 meals and no snacks Day 3: ✅I did it today earlier and I felt like I took less breaks Day 4:✅ it it today at 12pm, I don’t feel to tired and I didn’t take to many breaks the last two workout moves are the hardest for me so hopefully by the end of the challenge I will be able to do them Day 5: ✅ I did this today after school. Today was my first day of the challenge where I had school. I did it at 7:30. My form and strength is definitely getting better. The last two exercises which I’ve been struggling with I didn’t take a break on either and my hip dips are getting way better!, two days left! Day 6:✅ YAYAY! One day left! Today felt so good and burned I was a bit tired but proving of myself for doing it even though I was tired. Day 7: ❌ I didn’t do it today because I had a lot of practices after school and I had an hour and a half of exercise after school. Honestly I feel like I say no results but it was good for me

I'm doing this for 2 weeks. Please reply to remind me! Character info: 14 yrs old, 5'3ft, 147.8 lbs. Diet: I'm eating a meal a day, and 3 fruits as snacks max. This helped me when I was at my max (158lbs) and brought me down to 139lbs. I've recently put on some weight, so I'm trying really hard to get back to who I once was. On top of the diet I'm also doing 200 heel touches a day, so your results may not align with mine considering my diet and extra exercising. Day 1: ✅️ Doing 50 heel touches every two hours until 200 was pretty easy. It's genuinely a good tactic. This exercise, however, was hard. I had to moderate some of the stretches. Day 2: ✅️ I broke my diet a little bit. Yes, I did only have one meal, but I had snacks other than fruits. Oh, well. I also completed my 200 heel touches. The exercises have instantly started getting easier in only a day, but I'm still having difficulties with the heel touch crunch thing. Day 3: ✅️ Sorry for the late reply, but yeah I completed day 3 and I'm onto day 4 in a few. Day 4: ✅️ Done! I ate like 3 poptarts today though... definitely gonna fast tomorrow. I seriously gotta burn that off, and my 🩸 weight gain. Edited again to say I did a second set. Those poptarts are making me feel very guilty. Day 5: ✅️ I didnt get to fast, because I cant work out on an empty stomach. So, I ate some crackers before working out. Day 6: ✅️ I ate a lot of Halloween candy! Oh well, one more day left! Day 7: ✅️ Finallyyyyy! This was so hard, but I finally did it. I'm so happy for myself! Posting results tomorrow on an empty stomach. 1 week check-up results - 145.8 lbs. I'm really proud of myself because I actually gained 5 pounds throughout all of this. I gained 2 from 🩸. And three more from body soring and toning, something that usually happens whenever your body struggles to get used to a new physical routine. You gain weight as a result. I was genuinely scared, I gained all the way up to 152 lbs, and lost all the way back to 145!! Day 8: ✅️ Day 9: ✅️ Day 10: ✅️ Sorry for the lack of communication, but the comment lags now since theres too many characters that its become a hassle to type literally anything out. Day 11: ✅️ Day 12: ✅️ Day 13: ✅️ Day 14: ✅️ Finally, guys, we did it! Posting week 2 results on an empty stomach tomorrow morning :)) 2 weeks check-up results - 144.2 lbs. So yeah, we did it guys 😭. Long journey, but I'm gonna keep going. The exercise gets easy really fast and proves effective despite being only five minutes. Please try it!

Make sure you’re eating enough!! No need to starve yourself, weight loss should be a slow and healthy process. Or else you’ll most likely gain the weight again. Also not eating enough can cause many other problems.

Throughout the time the packages were supposed to deliver I gained a lot of weight for whatever reason. They delivered the moment I had to start wearing a medium. I just really want to fit those clothes, but I get that I'm hastening the pace a little bit too much.

I'm trying to shape up a bit, I'm so tired of my 2-month pregnant-looking stomach- so, I decided to get shaped up before the new year, my new goal!!! I'm doing 4 Lilly Sabri workouts a day, finished with her 2 de-bloating exercises. I'm planning to add one more video if I feel comfortable! my workout plan-i do my workouts at night before i go to sleep, and i do not restrict any food. i just try not to eat too much sugar. I made the playlists, and its public, so if you want it, its there! anyways, here are my measurements- Waist-68 cm Belly-75cm lower-78cm My goal- waist-60cm, belly-69cm,lower-71cm week one results- waist-66, belly-73, lower-76 WOW. that burn killed me and i would get mad if Lilly made her intro too short bc i needed a break HAHA- i loved it so much. though i usually get fast results, I didn't receive much this week bc i ate a LOT of sweets and junk food, so im toning down sugar on week 2. Week 2 results!!!! Waist-65, belly-71, lower-72 i didnt see much results because i ate a LOT of junk, but i promise i wont eat as much! Im actually surprised i didnt gain any inches lmaooo. But anyways, the exercises stopped hurting too much, so i think its time to add a few more workouts to my playlists! SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING!!!! but yes i have gotten my desired results, i pray that you all get yours too!! 7 days challenge let’s go 🎉 Day 1 - out of breath, because i never exercise. The workout felt good and i felt the burn 🔥 Day 2 - this burns so good. Day 3 - my abs hurt more today during the workout😮 hopefully it’s a good sign Day 4 - done. exercises 6 and 7 hurt the most! but i like that i am consistent and doing something good to my body💗 Day 5 - i did it first thing in the morning. feeling energized for the daaay🕺🏻 Day 6 - did it this morning too, and i noticed that my stomach looks less fat💗 my waist is thinner 🥺 Day 7 - was so busy and tired all day so i didn’t exercise :( 💭 the workout is really good and i did feel a slight improvement. please note that i didn’t change my diet or do any other workouts. only did this video once everyday. i am sure that if i do it for a few more weeks i will see better results. will update at the end of the month if i continue with it💗 mid-month edit : i had those pants that fit good around the waist but my lower belly was so visible, when i wore them a few days ago they were loose on me!!!! and my belly wasn’t showing as much

Day 1✅ even though it was only 5mins why was this so hard! Also idk if I was doing it wrong but my neck was hurting trying to support it Day 2✅ still super difficult tbh (my neck was still dying during these Idek why) Day3✅ abs were a little sore today so it burned during the workout Day4✅didn’t burn as much Day5✅same as yesterday Day6✅didn’t burn until those last 2 exercises Day7✅haven’t seen physical results yet but I’m going to keep doing this for a few weeks! day 1 : hard af especially the roll back bicycle crunch but completed! day 2 : ✅ day 3 : ✅ day 4 : done!!!! haven’t noticed anything so far day 5 : ✅ day 6 : harder bc i tried new exercises before but doneee day 7 : done! final results : i didn’t notice much tbh. i already had a faint line down my stomach and it didn’t really change at all during the course of this week unfortunately. although everyone’s body is different so even though it didn’t work for me that doesn’t mean it won’t work for you!

Thank you! This was a nice and easy ab workout I will be coming back and give results by next week 😅 Kiiinda forgot to update you people. But i continued this exercise for a week. Then i switched up my workouts with a fittness app. My results so far is a strong core and i have lost 5 KG.

day 1 : ✅✅ (did it twice) i’m really bloated today like santa but i started drinking cucumber and lemon water day 2 : ✅✅ i did it twice, def less bloated, i keep drinking cucumber and lemon water and that’s working and helping a lot for my bloating. day 3 : ✅✅ i did it twice and my stomach is so much more flat! day 4: ✅✅ did it twice, i’m starting to see a little lines on my stomach and it’s really flat. trust me guys drink lemon and cucumber water. it helps de-bloat and it’s really working. i used to take a bite of food and my stomach would be so bloated. day 5 ✅✅ did it twice, my stomach is a little little bloated cause i started my period and i haven’t drank my detox in a day. but i can see lines down to my belly button yk like in the middle day 6 : ✅✅ did it twice, a little bloated cause of my period but overall i can see a pretty big difference, my stomach is slimmer and flatter and i can see lines on it day 7 : gonna add a workout along w this day 8 day 9 day 10

@@oneandonlyollihii, i re-did this for 6 days so far. i’ve been doing this 2 times a day and my stomach has gotten so much flatter. i’ve been drinking cucumber and lemon water this week and that’s helped, also lemon water. i’ve changed my diet a little bit and i’ve been fasting

hi. I'm not Nath, but I'm his daughter... :D i tried this out and i do not regret it. I'm on day 4 and it works so well already. I've seen a massive change and i feel so much fitter. Lilly, I am so grateful, 100% works! Definitely give this a shot although the burn is intense 😆 I cannot thank you enough. @@oneandonlyolli Hi! It may sound funny, but I don't have any diet program. According to my old schedule, I was doing it 1 time in 7 days. My waist measurement was between 61-60 cm, and it still is. My current schedule is a little heavier. If you are a beginner, this video may be right for you!🤍

Ohh thank u lily....I started this insane workout Day 1: this is really burning🔥. I don't feel so tired. The second exercise was little hard. Day 2: my core is on fire🔥. Little neck pain.second exercise has improved than yesterday. Day 3:easier than yesterday. I did Second last exercise modifications 😚 Day 4:i didn't do the exercise😶 Day 5: I does another 2 exercise by lily💪(not this one) Day 6:same as day 4 Day 7: really burned so much My abs got toned and i felt in shape I really recommend this exercise. ❤ Thank u lily😇luv u

Im going to try this for 2 weeks and eat healthy because I really want abs for the new school year so Im going to give Updates every day! Day one:✅️ It was kinda hard because I didn't rlly know how to do some things so I rewatched it many times. Day two:✅️I think I did everything right today because I felt so much burn and pain, also did it twice today so. The eating healthy part was a bit harder today tho. Day three: ✅️ I started noticing a smaller tummy and abs lines that all went away when I ate chocolate tho... Day four:✅️ Its not hurting as much as day 2 I have to change my diet tho or I might never see a difference. ok so i'm starting tmr so lemme get my stats in :) ONLY DOING THIS ON WEEKDAYS Please motivate me in the repliess waist size: 23 in / 59 cm weight: 92lbs / 42.1kg age: 13 Day One: This was pretty painful but I don't think I did some of them right Pain: 5/10 Day Two: This was a wayy more painful I think did them right this time Pain: 7/10 Day Three: This is the most painful its ever been, im exhaustedd Pain: 8.5/10 Day Four: It burns but its way easier than before so that's a plus Pain 7.5/10 Day Five: Its getting easier and easier! the burn actually feels kinda good now Pain: 6/10 Day Six: The burn was manageable but I could feel it, and I'm seeing some results!! Pain: 7/10 Day Seven: It's not really that much of a burden anymore, more rewarding actually Pain: 5/10 Day Eight:Those crunches will be the death of me Pain: 7/10 Day Nine:Im really tired but it wasn't too bad Pain: 7/10 Day Ten: I feel like I didn't try hard enough Pain: 4/10

Hi guys so I am gonna try this work out for 7 days. So I wanna say I am a very athletic person and my body is used to it to do a lot of workouts. My upper waist is 69cm and my lower waist is 72cm . I will do this for 2 weeks Day 1✅- It burned, I had to take two breaks, some of the exercises put a strain on my neck. Day 2✅- Didnt have to take a break, still was not easy. Day 3✅- I did not have to take a break, it was actually ok, I only struggled with Ex. 10 a little bit. Day 4✅- I got my period a couple of days ago, and even the thought of doing the workout wrecked me, jumping back on the exercise-wagon with double the energy, the workout was great, I did not have to stop. Power through the workouts, ladies and gentlemen. Day 5✅-Not very strenuous.
