i am a former ballerina who has cancer within and still i workout for 40 min per day using pilates and ballet barre exercises. instead of 10 min here and there till i reach 40 min I would love a full 40 min pilates workout that would not hurt ribs. i often break ribs due to weak bones from the treatment. If you could do a 40 min ab workout i would trust you and be sooooo grateful!!!! Please!!

yes this does work! I've complete for one week. you can deffo see those Abbs showing through, and get skinnier! NO diet needed, all I did was just this work out once a day. and I kind of stopped snacking in between meals, the only snack I had was an apple or any type of fruit. hope this helped. Day 1: This was brutal Day 2: could barley move or get off the ground 😢 my core was feelin it 😂 Day 3: not as bad for the first days, still was tough Day 4: still hard but i feel it being slightly easier Day 5: Starting to see small results, the workout it getting a bit easier from my core getting stronger Day 6: wow!! This barely got me sore!! This is working guys Day 7: my core feels so much stronger and Im starting to see results

Guys, please trust this workout, I swear, remain consistent for atleast 10 days, and then u can literally see your upper abs toned, literally. I have been doing this workout for almost a month, being a person w a fast metabolism I see it as a benefit, however please try to reduce oily food rich in fats . Tbh, I didn't really stop eating snacks and stuff but reduced my intake which really helped me get upper abs within 10 days. However, if u really have a good diet you will definitely have better results! This is an absolutely amazing workout, kudos to all of you! Don't stop!!
