I’m going to do this every day including other videos by lily and I will keep you updated please like to remind me Day 1 :Felt the burn 🔥 no results yet Day 2: Felt the burn a little more than yesterday can’t see results but can feel a lit bit Day 3: No results yet but the burn is getting more intense 😅 Day 4: can see a little bit of results Day 5: I am soooo sore but felt better today

@@tarablethoughts its called training the SNAPPER. And yes, it’s “gross”, but very important. Slick, dripping, and tighter than the glove OJ tried to pull on at trial is crucial.

Any tips for a pointy tailbone in the way? I am able to do some of the workouts but sometimes my tailbones gets in the way when I have to go to my biting points… some day its not bad some days like today its really bothering me. Would love to find a way to cushion that boney area

I personally have to use 2 or sometimes 3 mats bc I have this same issue!! Plus bulging discs in the lower back. Can be very painful but still want to be able to do these types of workouts without pain and without having to worry about using the wrong form due to the pain!!
