This is the 5 Minute Qigong Massage Legs, Feet.
Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Legs and Feet, Keep Qi and Blood of Legs flowing good again, Strengthen Legs and Feet and Keep your Feet Warm.
You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise.

Hello brother Tue! I just wanted to let you know that I used to have a lot of pain in my legs and specially my left side. It was affecting my tennis but since I began doing these massages the pain has decreased tremendously and I am lighter on my feet. We do your videos every day, the massages and some of the trainings! Doing Dragon today made me realise my back is stiff and after we finished both my daughter and I felt our backs more soft and flexible! According to someone 20 years ago only 5% of world population can sit in lotus/half lotus. The rest of us are not failures, just have find alternative to do foot massage.
