Get into the groove with this 5 minutes Dance exercise fun video. This Quick Fit Fun home dance workout will get you cardioactive and pumping in no time!! This exercise and home workout routine are great for burning fat, cardio, legs, and arms movement and strengthening. If repeated it can help you shape and tone your body and your butt. ❤❤❤

Dance workouts and exercises have becomes very popular and are great to help you focus on a FUN and EFFECTIVE home workout that can really boost your fitness. I've been using exercising and testing out many of these dance and workout moves in the last few months, following many types of dance styles, so again first of all you have the time of your life, and that on its own is so important!! In addition to my personal routine, I have tried these dance exercises with my trainees and can say that it certainly gets the job done and motivated them to go on and on with the workout. 🔥🔥🔥
If you want to see results and focus on shaping your body while having fun, then I recommend warmly to follow this challenge:
1. 💪 Stick to this routine for 1 week together with one other cardio or HIIT workout (see links below). Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It's all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!
2. 💪 After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don't stop or give up. Continue to do this routine, for another 7-14 days together with following full-body, abs, cores workout routines in my channel, or see the recommended workout routines in the links below.
**After you have complete the 21-day challenge you will understand what the excitement is all about. You will feel satisfied and will want to continue to daily workout programs and routines- step up the difficulty of the exercises- choosing longer, active, and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel! In the end, I truly believe that it is all about enjoying the workout as you are putting in the work.
Being persistent will bring the quality of life and well-being that you are searching for. In addition, these exercises will also improve your movement, balance, flexibility, and shape your body in an effective way.
So just stick to the guidelines, work hard, smart and you'll be in QUICK FIT FUN in no time!!

I'm trying to get back into exercising and being healthy. After a while being very not in shape, this was a great starting place. Starting with this for 5 mins is a great way to get myself moving! Thanks for sharing! I hope you have more short fun dance videos.

This was the first dance workout I was able to follow along without a) needing to take a break for fear of passing out or b) failing to keep in sync with the moves due to my abysmally poor timing and terrible hand-eye coordination. so thank you for making such a beginner friendly video!

This is a nice little warm up. Although it's easy and if a person does it multiple times they'll memorize it, but for people doing it the first time, there should be counts or change announcements even if just on the screen.

Hi! I just wanted to thank you for the dance! I fell 16 mth ago and have been in bed all that time. I'm still in a lot of pain but I have to try to get back in shape. Depression is real and this might just help. Only 2 of the moves hurt me but I just took it easy. Will try again tomorrow! Thank you!
