I do like the short workouts as some days that is all I can do. But at least I'm moving and keeping it going. Thank you ladies.

Thank you both for these workouts. I'm a pre-diabetic & carrying around 30-40 extra pounds. I've changed by eating habits an picked up indoor walking along to your videos. In 7 weeks, I've lost 15lb. As someone who has never maintained an exercise routine in 56 years, I can honestly say, your workouts are just what I need. I'm able to challenge myself without injury and that's a big plus.

I'm so blessed to have come across your exercise workouts, I'm 78 years old with some knee and back issues but ever since I started doing your different work outs three months ago I have been feeling better and less stiff. Ty! I found you guys earlier this week. I have done 3 workouts then the warm up today. It was enough! My shoulders are fatigued from ystrdy. Lol I took ballet growing up so it was nice to hear the reference. It made me feel at hm Due to injury and sickness I haven't exercised in a long time. Your gentleness with your mom is very appreciated. I need the gentle pace. Also I have not been able to go up on my left foot for some time. By the second session I realized I wasn't pressing down through my left foot so I consciously watched. Im happy to say after 3 sessions I'm going up pretty well today! I feel so much more stsble!!! Ty,ty,ty! Also, it made me nervous for your mom that she doesn't work through her feet either. I was happy she mentioned it. I'm impressed that she does so well! hope it helps to point iout for her to think toe, ball, heal pushing down into the floor. Seriously! I'm worlds more stable on my feet in just 3 sessions. Blessings to you.

Thank you for this. ❤ I have always had a very unhealthy relationship with workouts in the past and have been hesitant to get back into it, so my doctor is pushing. This workout prevented me from pushing myself past my limits to try to keep up with a specific pace which was always a major downfall for me. I really appreciate the ease and legitimate care that you put into this workout. I will be following you and hopefully making my heart and doctor happy in the process. 😂

I believe you forgot to add #134 in the upper right hand corner of your massive KZbin collection. When, first thing in the morning, I plan on which exercises to do for the day, I note the number and duration for easy reference later on. I've got this down to a science! Love both of you. I used this short workout as a warmup today before doing about 30 more minutes combined of cardio and strength exercises, followed by a cooldown. I actually thought I had done this one before and wasn't expecting it to count as a "new" workout for my challenge, but I think I may have gotten it mixed up with one of your other 5-minute HIIT workouts (which also has "no jumping" in the title) because I hadn't left a comment on it before, and the workout itself seemed new to me. So I get to count it towards my "new workout" challenge after all! 🙂 I had the same confusion Aiko did about the hamstring-punch combination move. It seemed more natural to me to do opposite arm, opposite leg because I was afraid I'd have trouble balancing if I was punching out on the same side that was kicking back. However, after I corrected myself, I found I did not have trouble balancing either way!

I used to do a lot of classes at a local gym but stopped for various reasons. I am currently sitting at a computer for hours on end trying to create a website within a short time scale.
