I don't think you should simply confess your feelings, instead you should ask them out. That way as you two hang out you can show them how you feel by talking to them, getting to know them better and flirting with them. I don't know if he likes me, he talks to a lot of other girls and I feel like if I did ask him out he would reject me and it's going to take me ages to get my self-esteem back up.
