You'll get that in time. Keep up the practice! A good exercise to do it to not try to learn an entire routine. Focus on a good 4-5 moves at a time and try articulating those moves in different ways. The way that you execute moves is similar to the way you say words. The slightest difference in your voice can change the intention and meaning behind it. So don't be afraid to practice that!

Daily practices to improve ur dancing: #1 stretch •stretching is super important to increase flexibility and improve range of motion •will help you do more full out movements easier •reduces stiffness in your joints, soreness, and the risk of injury. So make sure to stretch every single day! #2 build muscle memory •repeat a certain move to achieve it #3 watch dance videos -the point is to focus on how they're thinking while doing the movements so u wanna get behind the movements and draw inspirations from that so that u can express urself in ur own way #4 eat smarter -taking care of ur body is really important for dancers and ur diet plays a HUGE role in that #5 actively listen to music

you both are hilarious! i just found your videos... THANK GOD! i am learning entirely from my house because hip hop just isnt a thing where i currently live. i have found so many dances that i believe i can learn, HOWEVER, i realize that to LEARN choreo takes skill, not just taking 7 1/2 years to finally get your body to move the same way as the dancers do. i plan on binging your videos. stay weird.

So I am here to learn,even if they laugh at me I will not give up until I learn. The only solution for us to learn here is to just trust ourselves and god. Promise to all who receive negative compliments here,One day they will come to you to apologize for what they said because now we have improved not only improved we are healed. Wow, that part about muscle memory is so true and i didn't know it was a thing until now. For example when i was learning Dope choreo from BTS, i would do the first chorus part whenever i got a chance, no matter where i am, i think countless times a day. And after when i do choreo all together (1st and 2nd chorus) i could clearly see how better i was at dancing 1st chorus, and just now i realised its due to muscle memory. 😂

OMG right after she said eat healthy I was like "yeah go vegan y'all" and then Clay brought it up! Eeeeeeeee! 😁😁 Go vegan y'all! Disclaimer: You can be vegan and still eat unhealthy tho. 😣
@donaldhumphreys12024 жыл бұрын
Hi! You have great enthusiasm and positive motive, but where do you get your k2? Because of phytic acid in plant foods you only absorb 3% of iron and zinc from plant foods. Also most vegans are consuming very low fat and when they do it's usually fat with poor omega 3 to 6 ratio and oxidizes easily. I encourage everyone to do a bit of research before going vegan for health. If it's for a moral purpose however, I salute you

I never improved and i thought i didn’t need to try because i was always better than everyone (because they were all 2-3 years younger than me) i’m now at a new studio but i still feel like i could be better than i am. I finally got my first split after 10 years of dance and i have improved a lot. I feel better but still embarrassed when i tell people how long i have been dancing.
