1. Peanut ( have a hand ful , keeps heart good) 2. Cashew nut ( magnesium - sleep ) Alternative days me peanut ya kaju 3. Coconut - cope up tension karta hai ( garnish / chutney ) 4. Ghee - helps in digestion, keeps satisfied. Bring back ghee in food, aboud bloating. Bp wale ko acidity hoti hai constipation hota ghee helps 5. Eat seasonal fruit and hyper loacal fruits. Give micro nutrients , subah ko seasonal, ya mid meal, pre workout post workout 6. Salt dushman nhi hai, packaged food not good, industry wala nahi nahi 7. Excercise karo thora, . 150 mins 8. Strength training jaruri hai, calf muscle is second heart . Majboot karna jaruri hai. 9. Sleep improve karo. Reduce phone usage. Aacha sleep do dimaag ko. 30 min prior no usage 10. Ghee ungli talve pe , palm slight warm karo. Aacha sleep rahega. Free rahoge

Exactly! I wanted to know this as well. Peanuts and cashew nuts are both dry fruits which have phytic acid which can hinder the absorption of nutrients, so what would be the best way to have them? Raw, dry-roasted, roasted in ghee or should we soak them?

Frankly speaking, homemade ghee is best. No question of any adulteration or contamination. You can make it from cream or by churning buttermilk. Now if ur using buffalo milk you will get high cream so depending on ur consumption you can get stuff qty of cream in few days but cow milk is low in fat so for you to collect suff cream it may take some time. Anyways best ghee is home made ghee

would love if you can make a video on women over 50 having high BP, diabetes and are extremely over weight.. my mother is having all these issues and even though she follows certain suggestions, she isn't able to reduce weight. I worry about her and really want her to be healthy.

Since you stress on Ghee eating... Pls educate us about A2 cow ghee which nowadays promoted in many youtube videos. If we cant make ghee at home is it okay to have ghee available in market.. We have Chitale ghee at home.

Maam, as a bengali, we use mainly mustard oil in our cooking and we usually take ghee ( not desi ghee) with our rice or roti in a small quantity , and now as you say to eat always traditional and we are having ghee in this way for years , is it good for our health to cook with mustard oil and have ghee 2/3 times in a week with rice and roti? Thank you so much and I will be waiting to know about this thing!
