2:40 it’s very interesting you mentioned intermittent fasting, I have actually found that fasting helps with my anxiety, and it makes me more active, and more bold. I did research and studies have shown that any type of fasting does result is lowering anxiety. When I eat, I feel tired, sluggish and uncomfortable. When I fast I’m all the opposite 🤔

I think you're right about fasting makes you feel less anxiety. But it can also be a number of factors. It can be when you eat, how much you eat, and what you eat. If you feel sluggish and uncomfortable everytime you eat it can also be digestive issues. I've also heard that many with anxiety often has to little of vitamin B1 in their systems. Also coffee can affect you if you're drinking to much. It's a drug after all. For me personally, 2 cups of coffee a day seems optimal.

Yeah, fasting can be very helpful, but you do have to be careful. The deeper you go into your fast, the more it spikes cortisol. This can lead to feeling a bit jittery. The effect is also increased if you are also using caffeine to suppress appetite. I do also feel very similar to you about eating though. It diverts blood away from the brain and other functions and puts the body into 'rest and digest' mode. I personally much prefer the feeling of being light and alert.
