Amazing workout. I've been doing your classes for a few months now and I'm starting to see results. My body is slowly changing and I feel so excited. Your routines are extremely efficient and consistency is key. I do your workout 6 days a week, I would do 7 days if I could but I try not to push too much. I absolutely love all the slow burns. Hi Alex! I really like your channel, don't stop what you are doing! What about creating shorter videos?10/20 mins? I guess it is more realistic for most of us. Sometimes I try to use some parts of long videos, but I end up not profiting from the warm up/cool down and the logic of the sequence is neglected. Thanks!
