Wow! I really liked that you included 2 sets of each move. I'm used to training at 2-3 sets per move but that doesn't seem overly common on KZbin 🤷‍♀️ It made everything more fluid and helped me perfect the new moves. Thank you for helping me rise and shine on a Friday 🌞💪

An incredible workout with many new movements. Pushed myself a bit harder on this one and tried to use 10 kg and 7.5 kg dumbbells for most of the exercises. A great stress reliever at the end of a long and tiring week. Thank you so much Kathrin 🙏🏼

Amazing, what a push and sweaty workout. Even though I don't have variation of dumbbells, I do whole workout with 5 kg. But tremendous, feel sweaty and intensity was too much high. Incredible 👍
