Marvelous! I have done all 3 of these workouts in the last 7 months and remember each one well, the mix of all 3 is amazing, my arms and shoulders are completely destroyed Thank you, Raneir, Leilani, Poofy, Selena, Alexa, Tiff, Khetanya and Paulyn! 1,5 kg and 5 kg dumbbells, 359 active calories, 143/173 average/max heart rate.

This is 100% cardio - which is okay but don't label It as strength training . It will not build muscle as strength training requires you to lift heavy and rest.

No it isn’t. There are all types of strength training that don’t require heavy lifting at all. Just because you’re doing strength doesn’t mean your heart rate shouldn’t go up. If it’s going up as much as it does with actual 100 per cent cardio, then maybe you’re lifting too heavy or moving too fast or not yet at a level of fitness that can handle this as a full workout.
