I had a lumbar spine road traffic accident and now when i sprint i feel as though my ground force production is no adequate. I have started to do Trab bar deadlifts and noticed better response but i still feel as though i lack more force. Any help please?

Have you tried a chiropractor or physical therapy? Sounds like there may be something fundamentally wrong now.

@@the3by5 unfortunatley you are right! I have titanium rods and plate in my L4 lumbar. I still train and do sleds, hip thrust and reverse hypers but i feel as though literally i am touching the ground with no force compared to before

@@kernel1kadafi Right, that could take time to recover from. I deal with sciatica (a pinched nerve). Same feeling of very little force pushing to the ground with the affected leg.

@@kernel1kadafi All I got is: maybe orthotics and maybe in one shoe. You don't have to spend a lot of money; can get a good insert for $9 on Amazon, as I did. In my experience trying to solve these musculoskeletal issues without going to a bunch of doctors, who will probably never get it right, is commit yourself to experimentation. I found it interesting, like a puzzle, until I finally figured out the orthotic in one shoe solution (not a total solution, but a huge improvement). Wish you luck; it sounds like you have a lot of dedication if you are sprinting with a problem like this.
