My back feels better already. I’ve been doing Meredith’s bed work out before I crawl out of bed in the morning and that has helped my back so much. Not that I’ve been doing it exactly but loving the concept and it has helped . I’m 73and active.

Thanks for a great workout! Do you have options for sore knees? When doing the lunges, the front knee hurts. Suggestions welcome!
