Yeah a video under 10minutes! So enjoy your shorter effective videos vs the over 10min ones. Thanks for bringing back a shorter video! I recommend these to my patients and know they enjoy them too!

Love this isolated tricep workout! I used 5lb. Weights and it was challenging. Can you please do one for bra area fat? I appreciate all your workouts! Love you Annie!

There's nobody else I look for when it comes to arm workouts. You r simply the best !!! And, what r the odds I wanted an arm workout with 5lb weights and voila, I see you had posted. Also, can I have another one that develops my arm and shoulder strength for improving my arm balance workout? Thnx :)

Thanks Annie, such a great little add on. I had just finished my weights and saw this and just had to do it. Your so right I neglect my triceps as well (lol I think because they hurt 😂) Loved it and yes will def come back to it ❤️

I didn't believe it was possible to do such a great and intense exercise in five minutes. However, I wonder if you share the view that strength exercises should be done very slowly because then they work the muscles more efficiently? Thank you very much for the perfectly designed and demonstrated exercises.💛

I would work your triceps 2x a week and then other arm workouts another 2 to 3x

The same thing happens to me. My acupuncturist suggested moving my tongue up against the top cavity of my mouth whilst I do the exercises and obviously relax and this seems to help.
