@@blueprint_wwe Well I wasn't able to get the rippling 6 pack abs I see on TV But what I do have now is a strong core and a flat stomach, plus I don't do this everyday anymore Keeping ab workouts to 2 days a week on a calorie deficit is the way to go!

Going to try this for a few days and update my comment. I like this variety of exercises! great vid! DAY 1: first exercises were good but soon i started to feel the burn so hard. I had to pause a few seconds before continuing. Tomorrow ill try to do the full workout. DAY 2: As I have not worked on my core for more than a year, my abs were destroyed from yesterdays workout. During the leg raise and bicycle exercises i really had a lot of problems keeping up. DAY 3: Still difficult but I almost did everything. DAY 4: Today I finally did all the exercises without stopping. I felt a good burn throughout the exercise but im glad i made this step. DAY 5: I feel my core is getting stronger. I can kind of see my upper 2 abs better now. I still have some lower belly fat but I also changed my diet. Hopefully if I continue I will see 4 soon. DAY 6: going strong. Feels good to do this every day. First few times i was sweating like crazy but now im totally fine. I feel my core is getting stronger.

Hi, your videos helping me very much! One request: water fasting became very popular ( in my 18th day only water) and would be very helpful if you are kind to provide a few sets on different levels snd parts of body that includes: - no turning head ( on w/f light headed is common ) - low cardio ( steady pace or slow pace first 5 min then increasing but maybe 20min?) - low impact ( usually fat ppl have knee and back issues aka me 😅) Hope you get to see this review, sorry but will post this on several videos you posted since your videos are so inspiring 🙂

✨✨Workout tips for beginners ✨✨ For the crunches (and other abdominal contraction workouts where your hands are behind your head: KEEP YOUR ELBOWS OUTSIDE YOUR FIELD OF VISION. If you can see them, you're lifting with your arms (and possibly shoulders and neck) rather than with your stomach muscles. This might also strain your neck more. So keep your elbows out! For leg raises, scissor kicks, reverse crunches, and similar: always, ALWAYS keep your LOWER BACK FLAT against the ground. Check how you lie normally when you're not working out - the back is pretty flat against the ground. If during workouts you get a gap between the lower back and the ground, you're risking strains and might sabotage your results. These gaps are normally caused by your belly muscles being too weak or tired to lift your legs properly. Focus on lifting ONLY with the stomach, NOT the legs etc., and place your hands underneath your tailbone (right by the butt) to keep your back against the ground. Always tighten / flex your belly muscles during belly workouts. It helps to engage the right muscles. For planks, you can do them on your knees for easier versions. You can also choose to do planks on your hands (a bit harder) or on your elbows (a bit easier). ALWAYS keep the core muscles engaged - remember: STRAIGHT BACK FROM YOUR LEGS TO YOUR SHOULDERS. Keep your position with your core muscles, and that will help shift strain away from your arms and back. Russian twists are harder if you lift your feet slightly off the ground, and the further you lean your upper body back, the harder it will be. You can also use wrist weights, a heavy bottle, or a medicine ball as extra weight if you want. To reduce muscle soreness, do some dynamic warm-up STRETCHES before and after exercise. There's a lot of helpful youtube videos. Good examples are a lying cobra stretch, and a standing stretch where you raise your hands high above your head, fold them together, and then pull them as far as you comfortably can, to each side. Hold for 20-30 seconds each. Belly exercises sometimes make me very nauseous. I find it helpful to not eat for 30+ minutes before working out so that i don't feel the need to puke when contracting my abs. Remember to drink water both before and after the workout, and to have lots of fresh air to keep cool. (:
