Honestly at this age, (49) sugar is a nightmare. I can instantly see by the next morning what sugar does to my head; LOL!! When you are younger you can't see it but as you age you can.. Eat more raw foods and greens too. My skin is at its best when I juice with vegies, greens and certain building collagen fruits......

While Christie Brinkley is still a beautiful woman, I think she has had plastic surgery all over the place and wears wigs etc. Aging gracefully and naturally for me is more important. I don't trust celebrities who endorse products that are not evidence-based. They are out there to make a buck at our expense. A good diet, regular exercise, quality sleep and quality relationships will keep you youthful!

@Madison Daily wow! One person does not and cannot represent a whole race of people! And if big butts are so horrible why are women who don't have them naturally paying good money to imitate them regardless of their race. Could you be more racist!!? Love my beautiful Black sistahs....big butts and all! And Black women are not the only women who wear wigs and hair extensions! And it's not because we're bald either!
@katerinakarakostas64223 жыл бұрын
@@debjax9241 I don't think anyone is insulting your race! Big butts are not horrible but "fat" is not good for you. All races are into the big butt thing only cause it's a trend. Some people are eating lots of junk food just to get fat and get those big butts only cause the Kardashians started that trend. That being said, it's very unhealthy to have all that weight. Everyone is different and should just try to stay healthy and love their bodies and skin color and stop following trends. Black, white, yellow we are all beautiful!

Apparently, if you have good levels of key nutrients, such as lycopene, you will not sustain skin aging from sun exposure, markus rothkranz talks about this, and he looks like 30 years younger than he actually is.
@mgsa57225 жыл бұрын
U can save yr skin from wrinkles. But real ageing happens BC of loss of muscle tone & fat pads in d face & body. Gravity makes all things fall & stretch downwards. No one can beat gravity 😒

Actually, you don't need anymore advice, maybe a little education. Dark skinned people have higher levels of melanin as opposed to lighter skinned individuals. Dark skinned people can tolerate higher levels of the uv rays of the sun causing them to age slower. Their skins texture is much dryer and rougher adding more protection.
@wendyp84886 жыл бұрын
WndrWmn72 - False. Dark skin varies as much as light skin and cannot be generalized as dryer and rougher.

WndrWmn72 A Black people in their natural habitat do not look dry /ashy. It's because of the quality of the water coming from the faucet (filled with chemicals), that tends to dry out the skin. Plus hot baths/showers are not good for the skin. To me you come across as either a hater or just plain out racist. Either way, one things for sure, you are very ignorant - in the highest form. "The highest form of ignorance, is when someone is talking about something they have no clue about!" Go and get educated on the subject matter first, before you start typing on your keyboard. You've just embarrassed yourself in front of the whole world.
