A lot of them are! If you're comfortable with proper breathing and know general modifications (caution with front-loaded core work, how to modify prone work, etc.) then lots of the classes are safe. I don't have a specific list of them though, you'd have to watch the class previews.

Fantastic class Nicole 🫶🏻 had some lower back pain before doing this class and the core work here made it feel soooo much better now 💪🏻
