aoa mam breakfast my apny three options diye hain the ✓ 1:-A slice of brawn bread and one egg with veges and a cup of tea . ✓2:- A bwol of mix fruits . ✓3:- A cup of milk / a cup of yougrut with 7 almonds. am i right or worng if i was wrong you can pls correct me . 🎉❤ thanks

Ya do chicken shami kabab. Sham ko black coffee Dinner Soups with salads Yakhni Cabbage chicken soups One hand chicken soup Before sleep lemon grass tea Ya sounfff elachi wagera ka.kehwa. Half hour walk before dinner. Walk se pehle isphagul ya black coffee
