This is a series of cardio aerobic dance workouts. This program consists of the exercises which effective to train the abdominal muscles. I chose musics of little bit slow tempo for we can train our abs intensively. With this short program, we can also train our thighs and legs. We continue to move for 7 minutes so we can also do the cardio exercise and it helps to burn belly fat quickly.
