It works perfectly fine! My face is slimmer and more beautiful than ever! But as time passes the exercises become easier and although i add more reps i think that a harder facial workout would be definitely amazing. if you ever make such a video it would be a pleasure to watch!

Guys it does work. The first mistake is to expect any changes during the first week. My advice don’t. Don’t check yourself on the mirror everyday after you do this exercise. Wait for others to tell you if your face has gone from this 🌝 to 🧑 this......( the main thing is to constantly do this exercises fo about two weeks or so)

Doing these exercises need to be done every day, It will not be an over night magic. You must be consistent; just as you exercises your body. One day only will not give you the results you want to have. And do not be lazy . . . 😊

Giving very best results... Day 1:my neck started aching...and cheeks are slimmed.. Day 2: my face started slimming...and double chin reduced.. Day 3: same as day 2..my jaw and neck are still aching Day 4: feeling better...I am feeling healthier...it became easier.. Day 5: my jawline started sharpening....face is getting slim.. Day 6: Remind me to update by a like.. Hey...really am sry ..I have forgotten to update... I did it for 2 weeks...my face is slim when compared to before...I am satisfied with this right now...so I stopped to do it...it's really working ....within 2 or 3 days...u can feel the difference...but its difficult sometimes...

K but...why does this actually work😂. I’ve been doing this at least 3 times a week for the past two weeks and already my doble chin is gone, and underneath my chin has hardened💀. Tip: if u want ur cheeks to slim down, drink LOTS of water. Your face is most likely chubby because u don’t drink a lot of water so your body starts to store water, and the body’s favourite place to store water is your face😗

I wasn’t gonna leave any comment cuz I thought I wouldn’t see results. But so far i think I’m liking the results. I’m currently on day 4 and I’ve noticed my jawline is more prominent already. From now on I’ll be posting an update every few days if I notice any more changes Day 6: I can actually see my cheekbones. There’s not a lot of it, but I feel like my cheeks are slimmer.

For everyone wondering if this works or not it does. I have been doing this for 4 months now and seen major results. My cheeks on the 4th month mark has slimmed dramatically, jaw line present, and slimmer neck. I can see my face have v shape. The problem most of the time you expect instantaneous results when this is a process that will take time. Like most delayed gratification we sometimes have to do something we don’t like and in the long term it pays off. Be careful when you tell yourself something because your thoughts can become the reality you create that isn’t true. Don’t fall into I can’t see it or it’s not working. Be patient. If you do it right it will work. It may also need to be accompanied by other exercises such as cardio. People are skeptical about this and I was too, but trust me it does work. It was well worth trying and putting the effort. I been taking videos from when I started and see significant difference. Just do it! What do you have to lose? We all deserve to glow up. For future references I will update this monthly as I have it written on my calendar.

In first week obviously you don't see any major changes but muscles becomes tightened but in second week muscles becomes more tightened and you can see your jawline a little bit because this exercise requires time and patience. this definitely works and is very effective. i didn’t have a double chin or anything but i did have puffy cheeks and if i gain weight, it is kinda noticeable on my face. when i started doing this it was only for fun but when i actually started to see results, i was amazed. not just me but my family also saw the difference in my face. so much so that i actually was able to get a sharp jawline!!

glowing up during quarantine: day 1: don’t feel anything day 2: my jaw hurts but nothing has changed day 3: i see a bit of a change but not much day 4: my face is starting to improve day 5:having done it in a while but starting up
