Day 1: Felt that stretch Day: 2 I plan on doing it twice today, definitely feeling my neck get tighter Day 3: felt more comfortable doing this Day 4: I can feel my neck getting tighter, and I’m noticing a small difference with my jawline Day 5: Same as yesterday Day 6: Noticing changes in my face, a bit more confident in my side profile Day 7: noticed no changes since yesterday but it’s still progress from day 1 ! Day 8 & 9: Had a massive headache so I couldn’t do it :( Day 10: (technically day 8 lol) felt a pull but im noticing my neck getting slimmer (I have a super short neck if that’s any help) !!! LAST UPDATE! I reached my 10 day goal and definitely slimmed down a bit! this works and I will continue doing it :) !!!!KEEP I MIND THAT IVE ALSO BEEN GOING ON WALKS AND WORKING OUT!!!!

Okay y'all I'm going to do this for 4 weeks, I'll update after each week, hopefully I'll get results! Hopefully I'll remember to update once in a while :) Edit: hey guys, I stopped doing these exercises shortly after I finished with the updates! What I noticed is that my double chin is pretty much the same as when I finished, even smaller (but that's because I've tried to eat healthy and exercise, although not as efficiently hahahah), which means that I didn't gain the lost fat back after stopping with exercising :) Also I noticed that a lot of people are asking if I completely lost my double chin - I haven't, and I honestly think that you can't expect that from this type of exercise, but don't feel discouraged because you'll still see results! I'm 42 and I did these exercises about 5 times per week for 2 months. Since these are for toning the underlying muscles, I also added a lymphatic drainage massage to my routine. For the first month, I saw 0 changes. At the end of the second month, I am finally noticing some reduction of my double-chin and a sharper jawline is emerging. It's very subtle but encouraging enough to keep going. However, the effect I noticed right away was a reduction in my neck tension and an increase in my neck mobility. Even if my appearance doesn't change, I feel so much better with this routine. That kept me going even when it felt like my chin wasn't changing. Now if I skip a day, I feel a lot more pain. When I follow along with this video, I change the playback speed to 0.75x so that I get more reps in.

@@margo_t I compared the photos from today and from before starting the routine. There is almost no difference. And what difference there is could be attributed to slight changes in posture, lighting, etc. But I keep doing the exercises because my neck pain has reduced and my neck mobility has drastically improved. I have neck pain from looking down while at work. I’m constantly doing stretches to try and ease neck pain. I never thought to stretch the FRONT of my neck. It felt so good to do these exercises and I swear my neck is feeling a little better pain-wise. I’m definitely going to keep doing these!

i did this for a month, first week: not much change but i saw a little difference, second week: the change is more noticeable but nothing extreme, third week: my jawline has started to get more defined and people have been commenting about how nice my jawline is and asking me what type of makeup do i use to make it look like that. (i don't even contour lol) fourth week: it looks much much better than the first week and i'm always getting complimented on my jawline. i will keep doing this but reducing the times i do it since i don't have much time to do it everyday. i highly suggest doing this if you want a great jawline. for a month i did it for 6 times everyday just in case you wanted to know. This should help along with other exercises, but this alone isn't enough for anyone. However, your chosen exercises do not have to be intense, even if you can't walk there are ways to get your arms moving and to lose weight, some of my disabled friends do martial arts.

Day 1: I felt that stretch in my throat Day 2: My neck and throat feel tighter , I felt a small stretch but it definitely was easier today! (Seeing small changes and my jaw bone definitely felt closer to my skin) Day 3: I feel more confident , the exercises still stretch but it is progressing faster than on day one Day 4: Did the exercise 2 or 3 Times today It feels easier sometimes my jaw feels weird but my confidence is rising and I think my jawline might be forming Day 5: I think I do see some changes and while my jaw does feel weird still I am happy to see some possible changes my neck ,throat and collarbone are more defined than they ever were Day 6: Confidence is rising even more and I do think I could call it noticable changes! I want everything way more defined but I am getting there surprisingly fast and surely Day 7: The Jawline is now visible or I'd say so at least! Day 8: Still working on it and trying to make everything more defined but I was even confident enough to take my mask off!

Thanks to u I'm starting day 1 I'll be updating here as well brother 🤗 Day 1 felt a alot of strech definitely was a little tough to do , went through all of it . (READ DAY 8 PLEASE NO MORE UPDATES) Day 1: Went really good my neck felt tighter! Day 2 : Went really good again! Me neck always feel tighter when I do these exercises so I know there will be a difference really soon! Day 3: Went great again. Me and my family started to see a slight difference so so far so good! Day 4: Went really good again actually did it twice today 😁 (one time in the Morning then one time at night) but I know I will be getting the results I want very soon so just bear with me‼️ Day 5: Seen a difference today almost at my goal😁 Day 6: Went really good again these exercises are pushing all my double chin fat to to the back and my double chin is starting to go away😁 Day 7: Went really good again! Day 8: My double chin is really leaving like I could stop right now but I want it to be all the way gone so I might stop updating because it’s basically me saying the same thing every day😂 But if you are having doubts about doing it just do it what do u have to lose except for your double chin😂

⚠️If you want a real, lengthy review, here's where it's at: I've been insecure for a long time and really want to see if these exercises work before I consider filler. Day 1: done (my face tends to be more swollen in the morning so I do it when I wake up) Day 2: done Day 3: done Day 4: done (chin/neck feel tighter right after doing the exercises but that's just because I used the muscles, doesn't look/feel different overall yet) Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done yay Day 8: done (no changes yet, will probably take at least a month but I'll continue!) Day 9: done Day 10: done Day 11: done Day 12: done (I feel like later in the day I feel a slight difference in that if I rest my chin normally and run my finger underneath there's a bit less flab.. But honestly could be just a placebo effect) Day 13: done Day 14: done Day 15: done Day 16: done (I think there's starting to be a difference later on in the day, when I can rest my jaw normally and unless I look straight down I don't have a double chin. The fact that there's only a difference later in the day so far has got to be linked to face swelling decreasing throughout the day) Day 17: done Day 18: done Day 19: done Day 20: done (no differences since day 16) Day 21: done Day 22: done Day 23: done Day 24: done (still no more changes) Day 25: done Day 26: done Day 27: done Day 28: done (the exercises are getting easier, they don't hurt much anymore so I guess I'm working my muscles right.. I still think there's a slight difference later in the day, not in the morning when my face and chin are slightly swollen) Day 29: done Day 30: done Day 31: done Okay so after a month, I really don't notice much of a difference unfortunately, maybe after several months the results would be more obvious? I'll stop updating daily now, I don't think I'll continue doing this exercise but anyway, I hope this was useful to you guys!! FYI, I don't have a very big double chin and am thin but since I have a receding chin with a round-ish bottom of the face my side profile attracts attention to the bit of extra fat and folds

Guys, this does work! Like, I don’t know what the exact difference is cause I haven’t measured, but I have noticed it in pictures and even people in my area told me I look thinner. But you have to combine it with healthy eating to really feel the results. It’s super important!

I wasn't originally going to comment on this video, but I felt the need to come back and comment. I've suffered from really low self esteem for years now because of my double chin. People used to call me "goat neck" behind my back, and some even said it to my face. You see, my double chin is sort of different, its as though its hanging but not in a loose manner. Only evident from the sides. I've been doing this for more than a month now, and it may not have totally disappeared, but I can see my jawline now! At times it feels as though its sharper than before and my family members have commented on it as well. Thank you. SO much. This change has boosted my confidence BIG TIME!

Goal: 30 days (July 11th, 2023) Day 1: No result, felt the stretch (July 12th, 2023) Day 2: starting to feel more confident, not a visual change yet. (July 13th, 2023) Day 3: my jaw is a bit sore, and I'm still feeling the stretch! (July 14th, 2023) Day 4: Starting to notice a how my jaw feels a bit different when I do this exercise! Feeling the stretch in different parts of my neck and chin! (July 15th, 2023) Day 5: My jaw is still a bit sore after the exercise, but not as bad as before! (July 16th, 2023) Day 6: Same as yesterday (July 17th, 2023) Day 7: Starting to feel less sore after the exercise (July 18th, 2023) Day 8: Feeling a stretch still, hoping to speed up the process a bit by doing other exercises along this one. Not noticing a large change yet (July 19th, 2023) Day 9: Starting to feel more confident, feeling the stretch still! (July 20th, 2023) Day 10: Honestly, I feel like my neck feels a bit different when I look down! Before I could noticeably feel the double chin, now it seems more stretched. so i’m gonna try this whole update thing for a week :) day one: double chin isn’t very noticeable but it is, jawline is not noticeable at all day two: double chin is still there maybe a little smaller, jawline is sorta noticeable on the left side.. not on the right day three: double chins somewhat noticeably smaller, jawline is the same on the left side, the right side is slightly noticeable day four: double chin is a decent amount smaller. jawline is remarkably sharper on the left side, right side... not so much. working on doing more for the right side. but noticeable change! day five: i’ve taken pictures to compare for each day and this genuinely works! i’ve seen a very BIG difference. left side seems to be sharper than the right, not sure why... but it’s working! day six: i was busy today, forgot to do it. gonna do it tomorrow a few more times then i usually do. day seven: did this exercise 3x today instead of normally doing it 2x. not a big change from day 5. but definitely see a difference from day one. going to update one more day, see how it goes.

Day 1: felt the stretch a lot. Day 2: a lil sore, stretch easier. Day 3: felt a change, but didn’t see a change. Felt much tighter Day 4: feel and see a change! Just incase people are wondering how this works. You cannot spot reduce fat so the fat that is there isnt going away but you are working the muscles around the area which if worked well and often will become tighter and stronger which will make the area look tighter as the muscle pull the fat closer to the bone. If you actually want to get rid of the fat you will need to lose fat all over luckily face fat goes away first generally speaking. Feel free to ask me for fat lose tips and tricks if you want.

capper Ok i few easy tips too get started are increase your water intake you aim to drink about 4 liters/ 1 gallon a day. You are going to want to cut out any drinks that have calories in them to basically just drink water and black coffee if you drank alot of soda before this will make you lose fat pretty fast. May i ask how much you weigh and your height it may help me to understand where you are at and what approach you should take.

Hi so I’ll try this and keep updating you all. Day 1: ofc no changes Day 2: no major changes but I chin feels tighter Day 3: jaw is a little Defined Day 4: no changes Day 5: I am starting to see more definition😍 Day 6: No major changes Day 7: I see my face getting A little Slimmer Ok so there Weren’t any huge changes but it did made my jawline a bit but more sharper I know not to expect anything from 7 days but let’s see what Happens on the next week Week 2 Day 1: working like a miracle to sharpen my jaw line Day2: Day 3: Day 4: Will fill once I do the days So like it worked like crazy my jawline is so sharp now like literally and the double chin is also gone I highly recommend this Woahhh the likesss

Day 1: no change still the same 🤷🏽♀️ Day 2: slight change (barely) Day 3: man that shyt hurt today for some reason but I can now slightly see my jawline Day 4: Pretty much the same as day 3. 🤷🏽♀️ Day 5: There’s actually some improvement now Day 6: the same as day 5 not much changed tbh Day 7: *sigh* we’re getting there Day 8: There’s a difference between day 1 and now. I have been doing this since January, and honestly I’ve seen results. You have to also keep in mind that you have to do it with healthier eating. I also use a face roller on my chin and it’s helped a lot.!

Gonna do it twice a day (morning and night) Will keep you updated Day 1: ✅ (I have to say this is a bit painful, gives me a headache as well for some reason) Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ (increased to 20 reps because it stopped hurting at 10) Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ❌ (had a lower back injury from running so wasn't able to sit up to do the exercise)

My turn!! I'm doing this workout, and like 3 others to focus on my waist, arms, legs, and chin. I'll post updates every day, but I may forget, so please help me remember! I also don't know my waste/leg measurements... :/ Please keep in mind that I've been fasting from 10 PM to around 5 PM. I also run a mile and a half every morning. Day 1: I did this for about a week two weeks ago, but I started slacking, so I'm trying again. I definitely felt the stretch again. It felt really good, and I'm super excited to keep trying! Day 2: Day two went well! It still stretches, but it doesn't hurt at all, so that's awesome! Until tomorrow!! :D Day 3: Still felt the stretch! I'm starting to see a difference! Day 4: It hurt a little today, which I feel is abnormal, but I'm seeing a difference, so I'm sure it's fine! Day 5: It's looking so different! This feels crazy! Day 6: Almost a week!! Day 7: A WEEK IS DONE!! Wow I highly recommend this!! I can't believe this has made such a huge difference! :D

11.03.2019 Update very week Skinny guy but with a double chin that is very obvious. Jawline some but not mutch Three times a day and when ever i have some spare time as well WEEK 1: no drastic change in the double chin size but some. My jawline defenetly got a bit sharper but overall not that mutch has changed WEEK2: small change in double chin size. Jawline got more defined

My progress! Day 1: felt that stretch. Day 2: feels a bit tighter, but a bit easier Day 3: did feel easier, noticed a slight change in my jawline Day 4: a lot easier to do, day by day I'm noticing little differences! Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: I literally forgot to keep filling this in.... Anyway, ice been doing this morning and night ever since I posted this comment and I must say there are BIG changes! Put on Covid weight a while ago, ended up slimming down and built some muscle but my face wasn’t really catching up to speed. This has helped a lot and you can notice slight changes within like 4-5 days. It also feels more chiseled than before. I’d say by day 10 at this rate, I’ll be practically completely satisfied with it

To all the comments above ^ Definitely a massive difference. I would be a liar if I said I did this everyday. But do it everyday for the first few weeks. You’ll immediately notice a difference. I now do it around like twice a week. Keep in mind, you have to also follow a healthy lifestyle. This isn’t gonna just magically make your face look completely skinnier. It certainly helps but you also gotta put in the work on the side

Doing this 2-3 times a day for a week Day 1: ✅ ✅ mom walked in. Got a weird stare😀 Day 2: ✅✅ Day 3: ✅✅ Day 4: ✅✅ Day 5: ✅✅ Day 6: ✅✅ Day 7:✅✅ Okay so I definitely noticed some changes on day 7. Though the changes aren’t much so I think it’s better if you do 2 to 3 weeks? But I also do 35 minutes of exercise every day so keep in mind it always depends on diet and if you don’t exercise then it might take a little longer. Definitely recommend trying this out though. If you’re losing motivation, read this. I swear I’m not joking. You don’t even have to follow the order of the exercises. I just did the ones I remember at the top of my head throughout the day. I didn’t even think this would work. Then, I looked in the mirror and quite literally screamed out loud. My double chin was gone. My jawline was defined. All in 3 weeks.

OK GUYS IMA DO THIS FOR A MONTH AND UPDATE YALL FR! Some ppl disappeared but I won't! I'll update every week UPDATE WEEK ONE: hey guys so id say that I see a very very tiny difference, I feel like the bottom of my face and neck tightened a little (which is good). I did also exercise a bit these days, but I ate unhealthy this week so I guess that cancels it out 😂 UPDATE WEEK TWO: hey everybody! im noticing a good difference (still minor) but i feel like if i were to take before after pictures it would be visible. I start doing this randomly now whenever I have the chance, I don't really take count. So I do it a little more than once. But I'd say there was improvement. UPDATE WEEK THREE: Alright, I'll be honest, I accidentally missed like two or three days, but I'm gonna pick up the slack! But it's funny cause I feel like I find myself doing these random chin exercises whenever I'm doing homework or just in my room watching KZbin. I'd say compared from three weeks ago, there is definitely a difference and I can feel it too. UPDATE WEEK FOUR: Hey guys so I decided to stop this double chin exercise because *it doesn't really work that much.* If anything, the reason I noticed a difference was only because I was working out at the same time and eating healthier than before. Day 1: felt it stretching. Was actually kind of shaky Day 2: Just a stretching sensation. Not shaky Day 3: No dramatic changes from the past two days in terms of feeling. Haven’t kept up with how it looks though Day 4: Going Strong Day 5: Accidentally missed it Day 6: a good stretch. Not expecting to see immediate results but I do feel it and will keep it up
