Doctor, i have been in karate & archery at school from 6th - 12th. After joining clg in coimbatore i didn't focus on excercise and food. I drastically put down weight like my hip size reduced 2inch. And in pic i look like skeleton with some muscles on joints. I fear of knock knees - as when i stand stright my knees are internally deviated/rotated.
