This is an 8-minute abs workout program that will slim your waistline. By training the upper/lower abdominal muscles, oblique muscles and lower back muscles, you will achieve a 360° tight waist. This program is based on the Pilates method, make sure to inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. If you find this program too intense, try slowing down and reducing the number of repetitions.
We will get a slim waistline before summer!!
