That "something" that's slowing down my Chromebook is called Ultimaker Cura, and I have been waiting for it to process for about 30 minutes now. The average CPU speed is about 0.9 GHz. I don't know if that's slow or not, but it sure as hell feels like it. Lowest I've seen it get is 0.3.

For an example of how slow that is the intel core i9 14900k CPU on its lowest resting mode is 2.4GHz and at maximum can get up to 12 if it peaks at 0.9 and go down to 0.3 that would mean it would have around 2-4 corse while the i9 has 28

It automatically is used to save cache and basically adds more ram, but slower

What does the swap do?

You only have 1 gig of free ram, that's next to nothing.
