@@kkbruh5059 The second mission in that chain is going to be a pain to grind for: in one game score 50k damage from each of at least three different sources. [EDIT - WG clarified, 50k damage minimum in total, but required from three different sources/types.] Meanwhile, the third is going to cause a lot of griefing: score a kill at a distance of less than 10km and survive the battle. Can imagine folks tearing their hair out when trying to do this and/or when playing on the same team as someone who is tryharding for these missions.

@@AidanDracole just play ships which have multiple attacks and are good at different ammunition. There are so many ships with multiple attacks out there. AP/HE raw damage, fires, torps, ASW, different planes, ramming. That's pretty much a doable mission.Yeah, it's not just "playing the game" and some skill has to be involved, but that's OK I think. It shouldn't be mindless time spend in the game. Also, you always have the different playing modes out there.

While i love the ship for its history I'd say Enterprise got powercrept due to time and the new ships, the game is in a shit spot where T8 get matched with tier 9 and 10, lots of hybrid ships at that tier, submarines, the new bonker support carriers that break the meta and BBs and CLs cosplaying as pseudo-CVs...So around 50 euros for a famous ship in the pixel boat game it isn't really worth it. Edit: Well damn....I wanted Enterprise but i opened 2 containers so far and got Tenessee...Out of all those chances in the single crate i managed to get the 0.2%...and i still got the other one i did not care for...A 50/50 coin flip....Damn it Wargaming I wanted Ent....

A comment to 6:25 (the comment on the right): Thats not something WG did because they wanted to. 2023 was a EU regulation that had as a result that the Lootdrops had to be shown. Only option would have been not to have those events in EU- Countries as it is in the Netherlands because they prohibided gambling by law. So they are forced to be honest about there drop chances.

Regarding what I want from a battleship, Tennessee is pretty much it. Good, consistent guns that punish broadsides and don't bullshit angled cruisers with overmatch. I am an average player though and some harder missions, I just can't really do. I'm not completely against pay to progress (or buying a ship outright), but I'm 100% not gambling. If I can grind out the campaign, I'd prefer to do so, rather then spending 80€ on a T8 ship with a lot of stuff that, while useful, isn't what I want to be spending money on. I have a 21 point commander for the commander xp and enough premiums to get me all the credits that I need. I also don't want to spend too much money now, as black friday is just around the corner and it'll be my first black friday in WoWs where I have some disposable income. Also, I really don't care about Enterprise. I'm not a CV player, I hate their gameplay and the counter "gameplay", which is just a fully automated system, is just poor game design.

He mentions having this type of dispersion at T10, and that is how I feel when I play Satsuma with the funny button. I've only played 40 battles or so in it because you just get so much hate playing a super ship that it isn't fun. That said, hitting the funny button on Satsuma when literally anything goes broadside to you is incredibly satisfying.

I really would like to have the Tennessee because it's my home state, but I'm not paying that much for it... I'll try the mission chain and if I miss it, so be it. I get that WG has to make money, but if I'm going to buy a tier 8, I'd rather pay the typical tier 8 price without the extras. And honestly, I'd rather have tier 8 discounted as well.

As a T8, it will probably end up being for dubs, if anything. Half of these event ships don't end up available for direct purchase iirc. Brisbane was one that is now for coal, but it's a t10.

I did the math on the premium containers' Leyte tokens drops. A bundle of 25 such crates would drop roughly 105 Leyte tokens on average.

Thank you PQ for commenting on this because I felt the same way on how WG is doing this event. I was really excited for the Leyte because of the historical aspect of the Tennessee. The way WG is doing this is just generating bad will with its player base. Even if the ship wasn't free I would be willing to pay $30-50 for the ship by itself. Imagine WG, 3 players paying $50 for the ship is better profit than 1 player paying $98 US. I guess, the only way forward is the "free campaign" and if we get screwed we should remember it. It would be nice to support a company that show good will or ethics instead of this FOMO gambling culture.

My best games were always in the Colorado and New Mexico and those two are shotguns. The accuracy of the Tennasee is what I've wanted but I'm not paying for it. I agree that no BB should outspot a CA/L and no CA/L should outspot a DD. I also assert that no DD should be able to gun down a BB, No CV should have infinite planes and unless you make DD and CV players escort their CA/L, BBs and CAs subs need to be easier to deal with.

I have to admit it, but I bought it too. Its a freaky fun ship to play. Im having more fun in this game than I've had in a long time. I paid too much, I know. I live in Tennessee so it's a little sentimental for me. It really is fun to play though. It's strong enough to almost be considered unfair. When its up against tier 10 it can actually compete. Double uptiers with this ship arent as ball breaking either.

I bought the bundle yesterday (the day it came out) for $98 US. It is very much what I expected. The main battery dispersion is a beautiful thing to see. It is slow though and in general I feel like it is a t8 Vermont (much closer to Vermont than the Kansas). I like it but I don't love slow ships so I probably won't play it a lot.

It looks like Wargaming is trying to prevent players from rushing through this event in order to make it harder to complete the final mission chain in just a week.

They will most likely make the final missions crazy grindy like they tend to do with dockyards. Force major grinding/fomo if you spent a ton of time doing the rest of the missions. Hopefully I am wrong. I remember getting a bunch of high tier ships early in WoWS life just playing the game normally through mission chains. You had to be playing, but it wasn't grinding, to get them.

I had all the other ships you could win in the premium crates. That leads to an 8% chance for Tennessee. I purchased 10 crates. I got her on the 2nd crate. $40 US. I gave up on randoms (had 60% win rate) as they were too frustrating. However, Tennessee is just TOO slow for Coop. The game is over before you get there. Will try in operations.

when i read the part about "reliable source for tokens" i just laughed. i would like every CC to use their press account to buy the prem containers and see what the real drop rates are and show it to WG. maybe someone needs to show this to a lawyer and see if it meets some definition of a scam. 8% and 17% are in way a "reliable" way to obtain tokens. we all know from experience that getting the rewards of FXP and CXP are far more likely to drop.

That 6th mission is explained right there (for instance 8:15 , the paragraph with token rewards), while you are saying its not ;) . And your desire to devstike anyone who is broadside is really scaring me. It would only make the game more passive. Especially in randoms with many enemies, everyone would be hugging islands or bowtaking at max range. Rarely moving around. Only a temporary game mode with such accuracy and bigger citadels for everyone would show us, who is right.

Everything PQ says about the ship, and how to play her is 100% correct. her shells fly exactly where u aim.... so, if you can't aim, you miss out on damage.
