Begin Turning Fear Into Freedom Through The #1 CBT Based Solution For Anxiety Today - theanxietyguy.com/my-program/
Description: The fear, anger, and bewilderment that can follow a health anxiety sufferer that becomes highly sensitized to their symptoms of anxiety can be exhausting. In this video I'll show you the two paths a person takes in their lives to eventually lead to a sensitized state. Knowing which path has taken you to a place of experiencing these symptoms of anxiety will create the clarity you need to see those traumatic events from a different perspective, and in time create the freedom you deserve.
Please share this anxiety guy video with a fellow anxiety warrior or anxiety group/forum to begin the movement together towards better places for our lives.

Two factors Physiological and psychological consists in Anxiety, My physiological state is whenever I move around I get palpitations and I think for a second in the back of the mind I will get it and I do. I didn't know human body is that weak if the thoughts can do that to the body oh wow why can't we think we'll be become strong and simply just happen ?

Adriana Ramirez Mainly because the cellular memory that is connected to your emotional traumas haven’t been identified and changed. When you can present to you subconscious mind a new belief that you know is truer and makes more sense than the old fear based one, it will take it into consideration, and with every action that supports that new belief it will grow to become the default. You are more than anxiety, this channel will help heal. ❤️

@christopher brown why cant you accept a "God"? The Engery you are made of cannot be created or destroyed, and yet we know it wasn't always here. So it came from somewhere right? Why not an infinite energy source that exists out side and independent of space-time. If it did, "which I argue it dose" and is sentient that would be by definition a "God", every thing would be made through, by and from "IT." I argue it is sentient because we know the universe acknowledges us observing it, this can be seen in the double split experiment and among others. Even the very thoughts in your head while reading this dont exist, they are non-tangible, they are made of literally nothing, but somehow exist. Quantum theory suggests past, present, and future exist simultaneously, this is why the D-wave computer works, but they dont know "how it works" because it wont quantum compute when they look at the processor computing. Because again the universe knows when its being observed. If you can wrap your head around that, then the unknown is not hard part, and personally God is not out of the question. Just seek truth not "Religion" and you will be led in the right direction whatever that direction maybe as long as it is paved with insight and enlightenment.

Trudy, How are you now? In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts [overthinking]. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations when taking a walk, before sleep, in school, at work, when reading, etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life. Reduce negative social media, take morning sunlight walks and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

Reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Read my msg and do the practice regularly. Best wishes. Sr. Counsellor.

Dealing with anxiety is like....having the same day over and over and just when you think it's over.... It begins again. Then being told by "professionals" that you need to take the "medicine" longer or try the breathing techniques more so basically it's your fault that youve been tormented daily.

It was a month ago I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and I went pretty out of control I went to ER 4 times but I realized enough is enough it is anxiety and that I just will do what I need to do to get help and live with less and less fear. Ugh I know I keep goin to the past if only I took a different antibiotic.and I have to stop that but yes it’s hard but I can do it so if anyone is suffering just know that it may feel like you will have this forever but just know it does get better and it’s not your fault but you do have to work at getting yourself to a better place. It’s hard I know and I struggle too but we can do it just try to power through it. Surround yourself with loved ones or your pets and keep coming to this channel keep chatting with people like you. @theanxietyguy I have a history of anxiety that was brought on by my upbringing. I remember having debilitating anxiety as a kid to the point I would vomit regularly. However, I haven't had an episode since I was an adolescent. I am 26 now and have recently gone through some pretty big life changes. Thus, my anxiety and panic attacks have started up again. I am having such a hard time dealing with them especially since it is the first time dealing with them in my adult life. However, your videos are the only thing that calms me down in the middle of a panic attack. My most prominent fear is "going crazy" and entering psychosis from my anxiety. I work in mental health so I am constantly fearing that I will become one of my patients. I am always so relieved after watching your videos and having someone else to relate to. Thank you.

No one has been able so far to explain what was going on in my body for 6 years now. I've had terrible times with chronic dizziness and head pressure since my divorce, it's been really tough… I got of course all health examinations done with doctors jumping from one diagnosis to another with no result and only more anxiety… When I found by chance your videos very recently, it's been like a miracle: at last I understand what I have and what's happening to me. Those last years have been terrible and I was feeling lost and desperate even if I've always tried to think that one day things would improve. I am following all your recommendations and thanks to you, I have at last been able to get knowledge and understanding on what my body&brain are doing!! Thousand thanks from the other side of the Atlantic and sorry for my mistakes in English… I'm so grateful to get access to all your videos. THANK YOU DENNIS. Isabelle

Thank u for the great talk. Useful. I recently watched ur videos and followed ur advice to feel better. Yet i allow myself to make a slight adjustment. Intuition is what we anxious people were made to silence due to suppression and repression. Intuition leads us if listened to. Our inner voice that was introjected is whats hurtful and attacks our inruitive skills. Many thanks for all the great work

I went to Dr's and found out the heart arrhythmias were caused by an aneurysm in the atrial septum that has a shunt or PFO. Also I suffer a long qt wave. I've had panic and anxiety since 1995. I got to a point were the symptoms and even the real issues don't bother me. I fear the fear itself and worry about things like, "what if I am separated from Love and God"? "What if I have to go through eternity in torment"? I had so much fear, trauma and criticism pumped into me has a child, I don't know how to exist any other way. I think you are right that it is scary to think about trying to move from what we know. I don't even know how, so, I'm so happy I found your youtube videos. Yours are the most on point and informational ones I've seen. Some try to speek on the subject without first hand knowledge of actually having gone through it and it sounds like empty rhetoric. I look forward to learning more from you! Thank you :-)!

Story time, I worked in sales and during my last week at the job, one of the regular customers had passed in his sleep. At first, I was caught off guard and I thought I closed it out of my mind. The last week I had questions, like, what caused his death. A passerby, not even his family, mentioned he was complaining about stomach pains the week prior. The person that passed didn’t have the greatest diet and constantly downed Monsters energy drinks etc etc. Today, I’m fighting what I think is health anxiety. The week after I left the job I felt indigestion constantly. I’m now understanding, thanks to this video, that my unconscious mind was making me feel as if I could be feeling what the customer felt the week prior his death. That week with the constant indigestion led to me not sleeping well, constantly fearing everything related to what I feel. I started getting random muscle spasms all over my body, which I usually get when I don’t get enough proper sleep due to stress. You can start seeing the cycle now. As of this moment, I’m watching what I’m eating, I’m cycling and walking more. I still for some reason, wake up with what I feel are panic attacks. I wake up in the middle of the night with the urgent need to use the restroom and there my panic is induced. I’m looking for resolutions for my morning panic attacks. I also made an appointment with a doctor to get blood work done because the not knowing if I’m really sick or I’m causing this unconsciously is not helping. I just wanted to share this because I know in the darkest of area, a small lot bulb can go a long way. This video helped me realized what was the event that might have caused my current anxiety/health anxiety cycle.

Joseph Dejesus I’ve seen you comment on a couple of posts. I’m at month 6 now. This last week has probably been the best and most “normal” Ive felt since I’ve had my first attack on August 8th. I’ve never gone to therapy although I am going to start March 7th. It has been a hard cycle. But the key is to recognizing it is as just that, simply, a CYCLE and fighting to break it. I used to have horrible intrusive thoughts (common with anxiety or OCD sufferers), googled every little response and thought I was going crazy and gonna die, etc...perpetuating my anxiety and endless fear. I know it’s easier said than done... and I have people that would say “just talk yourself out of it; stop worrying”, it would just make me mad and I wanna scream “ITS NOT THAT EASY!”. But it honestly can be, and that’s the trick... make a serious effort to think positive and talk to yourself during those trying times... tell yourself the opposite of what you think, and keep telling your self what you feel is a natural response and ride the waves... don’t give up hope.
@roseguerrero6686
@roseguerrero6686 5 жыл бұрын
Joseph Dejesus and YOU ARE stronger than it... the key is being SMARTER than your anxiety. You know it’s there, you know what it is, just have to understand how you are reacting to it is what perpetuates the cycle. If it helps, whenever I would get worked up, I just research anxiety, what it is, the core, and just read. Educate yourself on it. Not on “symptoms” or what you think could be wrong. You’ll come to find a lot of health care professionals have varying opinions on where it stems from, and how it can be “cured”. Everyone gets anxiety, but it’s how “we” are wired and our learned behaviors make us more susceptible to blowing it out of proportion and worrying it into something it’s not. It gets better I promise. I know it may be hard for you to believe right now, I was the same way. And I know exactly how you feel. For the last 6-7 months I felt disassociation , like a gray film was over my life, a severe depression. Days I had to fight to get up and go to work just because I didn’t want to be alone at home and at night with my thoughts. And I was the same. At night my mind goes crazy. Your mind tricks you into seeing things, hearing things, believing things that aren’t completely true when you’re under this amount of stress. First, focus on de-stressing yourself. I promise you, this helped me. I know it’s easier said than done, but try to be healthy and strive for an active healthy lifestyle!!!! Exercise, find hobbies, make goals to preoccupy you when times get hard.

HGHRCLBR Hey! Thanks for sharing. I hope you’re doing better. There was this YOutuber that recently died of pancreatic cancer. She was young and had complained of simple on and off stomach cramps and indigestion. Ever since, I’ve been feeling intermittent stomach pains and cramps with indigestion and now I’m fearing I have the dreadful pancreatic cancer. I’m pregnant and I want to live for my child. I’m desperate to get rid of these thoughts that are absolutely taking away my consciousness. Anyway, your story reminded me of mine. I truly hope you’re better. I’m not going to give up until I am rid and free from this hell!

So it’s been over a year since my last panic attack. Yes, I still feel anxiety frequently but no panic attacks. I read a fantastic book named The Panic Switch. I got it off amazon. It’s a very helpful book. I’ve read it 3 times lol. It helped me figure out some things that I was doing that was triggering my full blown panic attacks. I suggest you guys give it a try. However, what REALLY has helped me cope with anxiety is exercise. When I start feeling panic or anxiety I go for a run, whether it’s outside or on a treadmill. When we go into what is called “flight or fight” mode, running is EXACTLY what your body/mind is telling you to do. So you know what???? Do it. It’s not going to cure you over night but it’s going to help. The more and more you do it, the better it feels. I never thought I’d be a runner but I am now. Anxiety is under control, blood pressure is lower, cholesterol is lower and I lost 20lbs!!! Don’t sulk when it hits you! Kick some ass and go for a run! Play a sport! Punch a punching bag! Anything!!!!! It works! Yes, you’ll still get anxious but it becomes manageable. I hope this helps. I’ve been battling anxiety for years and I’m just starting to figure it out. ✌🏼

I watched you a few years ago while I was convinced I had a serious disease and I'm watching you again after I've recently noticed I'm having some high blood pressure. Of course my mind became a living hell over the past few days, thinking about how much weight I've gained and how I've let myself go and that I'm for sure going to die. I didn't even eat for a few days, really. I had sensations like crazy and I'm sure extreme anxiety isn't helping my blood pressure either. I went and saw a doctor, though. This video is calming me down and I'm probably gonna get some decent sleep. Thank you.

Julia Parker, How are you now?

I have listened to you for a short time. Not sure how long maybe a month. Casually and without effort. I already notice I feel so much better. I am actually getting things done and reduced worrying by a lot -- maybe 70 pct. If feels so good and so freeing. Thank you so much. You understand. I didn't know what was wrong with me. I knew I was so different from others and couldn't figure out why. I wanted to control everything and rationally I knew that is not possible. I still spent hours agonizing over every detail of my life and researching everything before making a decision and still couldn't make a decision in case it was wrong. I think it's funny how you figured out exactly how many hours you spent on worrying. That is me. I have to know the 'details' for everything. I went to a psychiratrist for 10 years and 2 different Ph.D. in Psychology and NOBODY mentioned Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Just KNOWING that is what is wrong with me has relieved a lot of stress. Now when I have those odd feelings and worries I know what it is so I can let it go. I am going to buy your books but need audio so figuring that out because I don't have a way to download that. I do have health issues that are real. I have also had some strange symptoms that I can not figure out and it is a weird feeling like I 'm dying or feel toxic like poisoned or maybe eating unhealthy food. This has been for at least 20 years. The serious health conditions I have now cannot explain those feelings and the shortness of breath I've had since I was 28. I now have a-fib but at age 28 I didn't. You are a genius and I am so grateful.
