Not being mad at your opponent is a good lesson for us all. It's so obvious. I have known that in theory for many years but now Ican see why. So often it just takes someone to say something to make the penny drop. Really enjoyed this, thank you both. Love and respect from England 🙏

How fantastic! Things have moved on so much since I were a child with the whole concept of sports psychology being factored into sports training. This however teaches so much outside of the sport, with a knock on to how individuals (and especially young people) can practice kindness, respect and love (for self and others). I’m blown away by it. What a brilliant leader this gentleman is. Thank you Nick for introducing this, with kind regards from 🏴

This video made my day! My greatest take away is to put space between the emotion and the reaction. I also loved the part where he meditated while walking towards the back wall to take the serve. Soooo much to learn from that. Ven Nick, thank you for such an extraordinary insight into how meditation can be applied to everyday life-even at the local tennis club! 🎾🙏🏼

Thank you for this 🙏. I've been letting my meditation practice slip of late...recently finding myself getting involved in minor squabbles on social media and feeling bad tempered and negative about daily problems 😞. I needed this to remind me that I need to practice - and rediscover that space between emotion and reaction. I find it hard because I'm in the middle of nowhere here in Spain with no Buhddist community for many many miles. And I'm a relative newby! So THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏

Im not from any specific country,, im from planet earth. Im just an animal called "human" that is said to originate in what we call africa. Then my ancestors spent different amount of time in different countries, just different locations on earth. Currently I find myself in europe. Doesnt matter where on earth you currently keep your feet, all land on earth is for all people and we all the same animals no matter if some have adapted to different environments by a change in their skin color or other features.

Buddhist philosophy & meditation complements all religion. Buddhism has 3 aspects: religion ( for Buddhists only), psychology, and science. Perhaps if it is offer & encourage in schools, maybe it may helps students to calm their thoughts and prevent anxiety, depression, and suicide ? Something different needs to be done, why not teach students meditation?
