Another great Tedx Talk. Meditation is just life changing. I meditate daily, if I miss a day or so I really notice a difference. I feel so much better and have more energy after meditating....life is more effortless. The ability to REWIRE YOUR THINKING through meditation is such a GIFT.

Please guide me 🙏🏻i feel all the days that my past n future issues keep coming up my presbt mind all the day please help me 🙏🏻

@@prateekkarwal8159 yes! I have had depression and anxiety for years and meditation has changed my life. Try it! It’s all about your mindset. You can actually cure your depression and anxiety by just changing our mindset and being more positive and meditation is a huge help in that!

@@prateekkarwal8159 but make sure to be consistent! After a week or two I would say you should feel a difference in your mind and thought process. Your thoughts will be more calm and your mind will be more clear. Not so many “racing thoughts” you’ll get peace and quiet is what I noticed.

She actually made me a bit anxious because she sounded anxious herself as she was dictating what we should do. She needs to be just a little bit more mellow in her delivery.

Be aware of body/ feel the support start with deep breaths release tension from body (face, neck chest) relax breathe in heart space. Body should be tall be present (right now is enough, you are enough, today is enough) open mindness

I was listening to Jim Cramer of Mad Money program on maximum volume when I meditated. I think it helped. What drove Tuesday's stock market rally???? Now I know *and* I'm relaxed!!!
