Therapy is all about reframing our perspective on situations that cause us hurt, anger, and sadness, so that we can instead feel resolved, accepting, and at peace about them.
In this video, I share 4 ways to gain a healthy, fresh perspective on your breakup that will help to bolster your healing.

sharing mine, reframing is really help me too. It was suck that you think a lot in a frame where the other part is actually not really give a damn about you. Glad life busier and good, turns out it really good than expected. Also turn out i can see all the stupid thing why i should think a lot about thus frame where its actually not really about your fault, not also the significant other, but its just at that moment things just not going right. Happiness something you create, at least thats what I learn from my past. Good luck alll
