Any chance you could post an instructional on how the different mountings work? It's a bit maddening to sort for some of us old dudes

I took the operator class with Scotty Banks a few years ago and it was the best training I’ve had. But I only got level 2 on the qual. 😉
@Airborne0825 күн бұрын
Same, and I'm going back to get a better score! Can't just settle for that Level 2. Scotty is a great instructor!!!

All the instructors are great at GLOCK, any of the classes are worth going to and will either make you more confident and be a good time! Glad you got to take the course! Also, love my ACRO.

Got my wife shooting a red dot. She’s so much more confident shooting with it and faster. When I explained how she should focus on the target and let the sites appear on the target she immediately started nailing it!

So many cops only carry because it’s part of their job. It’s so refreshing and encouraging to see a cop that’s excited about pistols and very knowledgeable. My son and son in law both are in law enforcement, but they were shooters before cops. Enjoy your video plus I subscribed as well.

Great video. Between classes and USPSA I’ve seen every major pistol optic on the market fail at some point. I’ve also seen tons of iron sights fall off. It just happens when you use your gear.
@unclefreedom21325 күн бұрын
Yeah people think I'm crazy when I tell them how often iron sights fail even front sight base ARs. Run your gear hard enough everything fails

First video and isntant sub. Such good thorough information including gear check on yourself and everyone at the range. Very helpful. I've been on the fence about electronic ear pro and now that I know it's required for "standards" which I plan to do someday I will get some.

Sounds like a fun class. The battery tray screws are one of the things I really dislike about the Holosuns. Gonna have to see what Blue Alpha has for slings, just built a new practice AR and it weighs in at 8 pounds with an empty rail and no mlok attachments installed.

I just had a tray fly out of a 507c today. Luckily, i found the tray and battery but the screw is long gone
@Not_Sure_8124 күн бұрын
The instruction manual clearly says to add blue loctite to the tray screw.
@kobudo24 күн бұрын
@@Not_Sure_81 The manuals say to use removable thread locker on the mounting screws, not the battery tray screw.

So, would you still say that the Ramjet and Afterburner is still a good purchase? I have one shipping tomorrow. Just want to know so that I can stop the ship if not. And do you know if you had a Gen 1 version or Gen 2?

Shouldn't wait on that man I love mine and there are tons of them out there i have zero issues and I definitely can say the hype is real and customer service is rock solid so even if something happened which this is first thing I've heard and they been out for like 4 years .

No problems with my G45 with the ramjet and afterburner with the 15# spring. I did have issues with the stock spring.
@kurttles25 күн бұрын
Anecdotal evidence, but I've seen a few (literally 3 total] radian ramjets causing issues on the LE acro cut slides when the acro was mounted. From my understanding the P2 is a chunky optic that it is causing enough disruption in the slide cycle that can cause malfunctions. Mainly it was failures to extract or to go fully into battery. The issues I've seen personally were with the Glock factory recoil spring assemblies. One had the compressor from Radian which with him and he swapped over. The compressor solved the issue as they could swap spring weights. I think he might have put on the 13 pound spring, but I don't remember for sure. In either case I hope you get it sorted out and nice shooting.

Was curious if your G45 slide is mos or cut for the acro directly?
@weaponeer858226 күн бұрын
It’s cut for the Acro directly.

So your Radian Ramjet/Afterburer has been fine and suddenly started malfunctioning? I'd be interested in a followup on what Radian says about the problem.

The metrics in which to assess proficiency are blend of accuracy, speed, and distance. Shot timers are essential to assess speed.
