@shona_vertue that last one with the blocks is really hard for me. My arms are short and my big sub saharan African but doesn't even come off the floor. 😂 I know this sounds like I'm trolling but I'm not! Should I try raising the blocks like maybe using 2 sets of blocks? Or is there another exercise or variation I could try instead? Thank you so much for your time.
