DO YOU STILL NOT HAVE SHREDDED ABS?
Let's fix that! I've created a two-week challenge to help you get closer to shredded abs and lose some weight. A two-week program is easier to commit to, and you can always repeat it after finishing!
The challenge runs from 16 to 30 July (2024). It includes 5 workouts with gradually increasing intensity and a variety of exercises with no repeats.
Today, I have workout #2 for you:
• 10 minutes
• 15 different exercises with no equipment
• 35 seconds of work, 5 seconds of rest
• Plus a cool-down at the end to help your muscles recover before workout #3, which drops early next week
