Hey, this is to anyone who's new to workouts. This program was the first one I did, about seven months ago. I used to struggle a lot with this one, making long breaks after what felt like every exercise. I was never good at sports, did actually nothing at all for literally years and thought it just wasn't for me. This program was nearly impossible to me. Now I'm on my sixth program. I couldn't have imagined that my abs would look that defined one day and that workouts like this one could ever get easier to me, but now they are. I also got very flexible. And I took multiple rest weeks in between and a lot of additional rest days during programs. What I want to say is, that you can do it as well. You don't have to be anything yet to get to your dream body or fitness. Just give your best and if that's not much right now, it's ok. I know it's not that easy to believe at first, but you will get better. Every effort is worth it and starting is the most difficult part. You got this! And thank you Chloe for making this possible!

@@unaysah3601 I didn't care about what I ate at all when doing the first workouts, I just started to focus on nutrition like a month ago. I saw results quickly anyway, because I just didn't have a lot of body fat. But now I'd definitely recommend for example taking care of eating enough proteins. I feel like I make stronger progress since I do so.

Keeping myself accountable: Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅: For some reason today’s was really hard for me to complete... I wanted to pause the video or take breaks in between, but i pushed through and finished! Day 5: ✅Just finished, a lot easier today! thanks guys, for all the encouragement. :) Day 6: ✅Just finished, feeling my core getting stronger during the workouts... Day 7: ✅Just got done, now i actually look forward to working out. Halfway done... Day 8: ✅ Wasn’t really feeling it today, but i just got done and i’m happy i got it out of the way, haha. Day 9: ✅ almost forgot about today’s workout, but got it done :) Day 10: ✅ really late to workout today, but i was able to complete it Day 11: ✅ today was hard to complete; i just wasn’t mentally into the workout Day 12: ✅ great workout today! so close to day 14!! ☺️ Day 13: ✅ loved today’s workout! definitely feel better than i did day 1 Day 14: ✅ ahhh! i’m done. i’m here 2023 going into 2024, im only 14 but thank you so much for this workout , i was 147 pounds and now i’m 118 pounds. by following this workout and doing it every day and watching what I eat this has really changed the way I see myself and my body. yes, yes, yes!! not just physically, but also mentally. Yesterday, I knew I was not in a good mental state to do workout; I knew that I'd just degrade my self and tell myself that no matter how hard I've tried or keep trying, I'll l never get stronger or better, that I'm just a stupid weak bitch. I literally was trying to talk myself INTO doing workouts, then when I gave up I was trying to talk myself into just taking a mental break from exercise and then I had to talk myself into being okay with the fact I was letting my body and mind rest. It was very mentally exhausting, but it was good I took that break. I didn't need to put myself down more than I already was yesterday (bad mentally demeaning day for me). Sometimes, you need two days off from exercise for any reason: physically, mentally, emotionally, etc and that is just okay! Don't push yourself when all you really need is a break; you can always get back into the flow tomorrow and that is great!

По завершении тренировки добавляю своё упражнение - позу трупа на ближайшие 30 минут Решила пройти марафон: "2019 2 weeks shred challenge" Параметры до: талия: 66 см попа: 88 см бедро: 51 см Вес: 52.5 кг при росте 160 см Делюсь результатами после: талия: 62 см(минус 4 см) попа: 89 см(+1 см) бедро: 48 см ( - 3 см) Вес стал 50 кг. Питание не меняла. Хочу сказать, что в первые дни мне было очень сложно, с меня стекали реки пота, руки и ноги дрожали при выполнении упражнений, а пресс просто горел. Также я делала длительные перерывы между тренировками, чтобы восстановиться. Первый прогресс я ощутила где-то на шестой день челленджа, потому что при выполнении тренировок я перестала издавать звуки умирающего тюленя. Сейчас эти тренировки мне перестали казаться супер сложными...сейчас они просто - сложные. Мне стало намного больше нравиться мое тело. На животе проявились вертикальные линии пресса, ноги стали намного стройнее, а попа подкаченнее. Моя сестра, когда потрогала мой напряжённый живот, подумала,что я съела кирпич. В общем, девчонки, это того стоит. Желаю всем проявить силу воли и выжить после марафона Хлои Тинг P.S.: всё, что нас не убивает, делает нас сильнее.

Just a reminder size isn’t always health! If you’re having a hard time about body image and lack of weight loss I feel you! I’ve been working out consistently for a long time now and counting calories and I know how stressful it is but know if you can’t do an exercise today that’s ok! Pick it up tomorrow, you were put on this planet for more than losing weight :)

This was the first Chloe Ting workout I did. It took me over 30 minutes to complete and I definitely died a few times in between. After intermittently completing Chloe Ting workouts for 2-3 years, I can proudly say that I finished this workout in 10 minutes. It's crazy amazing to see how strong my body has become from simple home workouts.

⬇️ My Progress ⬇️ Start 🌟: Height- 5’2 Weight- 108 lbs Goal- 100 lbs along with toned abs, legs, and arms 👍. Day 1️⃣: ✅ This workout is definitely much more harder than the original 2 week ab shred 😭. Never enjoyed up & down planks as much until today 😹. Along with this workout, I will be doing Chloe Ting’s full body and leg workout. I will update my progress daily!✨ Day 2️⃣: ✅ My body is still sore from yesterday’s workout 😣. The workouts felt a lot harder today, but the feeling after finishing was 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 😽. I can’t wait to see my results on day 30 🌟. Day 3️⃣: ✅ The workout was slightly more easier to do today, but my body is even more sore than yesterday 😖. The soreness is fine, although it is a bit painful to sit after standing 😿. Day 4️⃣: ✅ I didn’t do the full body workout today, because i’m feeling lazy 😹. I still did the 2 week ab shred and thigh workout though 😸. Anyways, I’m not as sore as yesterday, so the workouts are not as painful to do 👍. Day 5️⃣: ✅ The workout is getting a bit easier 😸. Still sweating a lot though 😹. Day 6️⃣: ✅ I am getting better at the exercises 😽. My body isn’t sore anymore. I lied, maybe just a little bit 😅. Day 7️⃣🎉: ✅ After doing the exercise, I feel so relaxed 😸. I weighed myself and the scale says i’m 106.5 lbs 😭✨. Btw, my diet consists of less junk food. I eat less of anything fried or sweet 🍦🍔. So, less snacks, ice cream, and chicken wings 🍗. Although, I still eat them from time to time 😋👍. Day 8️⃣: ❌ Had a mental breakdown (bc of school) today 🤕. I have this aching headache, so I did not do the workout. Hopefully, I can do it tomorrow 😭 Day 9️⃣: ❌ I didn’t do the workout today. My headache was even worse than yesterday 🤢. I felt like throwing up throughout the day 😿. Day 1️⃣0️⃣: ✅The workout was harder to do, since I still have a little bit of a headache 🤕. But, I managed 😽. Day 1️⃣1️⃣: ✅ I’m not sweating as much as before 😋. The workout is also getting more easier everyday✨. I am seeing some difference in my abs and legs. They look slimmer than before 😻 (not in a bad way) . Day 1️⃣2️⃣: ❌ My stomach is too full today. I didn’t have time during the day, and I don’t want to exercise right before bed 😴. But, I will definitely exercise tomorrow 👍. Day 1️⃣3️⃣: ✅ I’m so sweaty today, omg 😓. But, I’m happy that I did the workout 🤩. Day 1️⃣4️⃣🎉: ✅ There are some noticeable changes now. My stomach is more flatter than before 😿✨. I am now 105.5 lbs 😻. Day 1️⃣5️⃣: ✅ I stopped doing the full body workout recently 🥱. I’m too lazy to do it 😹. Because, when I include it in my workout, the session is like 50 minutes long 😭. Most of the time I feel like quitting, so I decided to remove it 😣. Recently, I find myself eating more and not watching what I eat. I would eat a lot more junk food and snacking more often 😿. I hope to do better and reach my goal 😤💗. Day 1️⃣6️⃣: ✅ I feel more motivated today 😽. I will do my best to reach my goal and share my workout experience 😄. Today, I made more healthy food choices (yayyyy 😌). Feeling more better about myself as I workout everyday 💗. We can do it 🌟!!!! Day 1️⃣7️⃣: ✅ I did the exercises as best as I can 😤. So, I am quite sweaty today 😁. Drank a good amount of water and tried my best to eat healthier 🥬. Let’s stay strong and work to a healthy lifestyle 👁👅👁!! Day 1️⃣8️⃣: ✅ I am happy to see some good results 👍. Because of Chloe Ting’s leg slim, pants that were too tight are becoming looser 🙀. I see a more noticeable change in my thighs. They are way slimmer than before, like my thigh gap has gotten bigger 😸 💗.

It’s been a week and I’ve seen so many changes, not only in my body but I’ve change so much mentally. If you’re planning on doing it, DO IT. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results right away, we all have been there, just keep pushing. I’m starting the 2020 2 weeks shred challenge!! I’ll post my progress here~ Measurements: Butt: 34 in // Arms: 9 in// Thighs: 20 in// Waist: 25 1/2 in // Day 1: ✔️ it burns so bad😩 I had to pause a few times but I completed it Day 2: ✔️ Extremely tired, but I got thru with less pauses this time :) Day 3: ✔️ No pauses this time, make sure to do the cool down exercise it helps a bunch Day 4: ✔️ rest day Day 5: ✔️ was NOT expecting this much movement after my rest day🥴 Day 6:✔️ definitely the hardest day so far, but keep pushing! Day 7:✔️ rest day Day 8:✔️ done! My arms definitely got worked today Day 9:✔️ I had to take another rest day I didn’t have time😓 Day 10:✔️ today I really felt my legs & core ^-^ I did the higher impact versions of the exercises to feel more of a burn🔥 Day 11:✔️ rest day😎 Day 12:✔️ completed today with ease💪🏼 make sure to engage ur muscles and don’t give up!! Day 13:✔️ today’s workout was shorter, but you definitely still feel it Day 14:✔️DONE!!! I feel so accomplished thank you for all of you that were encouraging me😊 End measurements~ Butt: 34 in // Arms: 9/12 in // Thighs: 20 1/2 in // Waist: 25 1/2 in // Keep in mind,, not everyone gets the same results :) everyone has different body types and paces at getting muscle/losing weight. Normally, I used to do only 1 day and feel lazy😅...but this time I'm in my day 2 and feeling energetic after doing it!...I can feel the muscle contraction around my stomach...I knew that these exercises are not easy for some of us...but tbh it is worth doing it! To everyone who didthis and isn't seeing results: this excercise is not supposed to be done on it's own, it is part of a multi video series to do daily. It is still great and can produce results, but they might take a little longer to come. I used to do there and was so upset that I didn't see results, but I went to her website and found a great program for me. Keep going guys, you got this.

@@euraaxx2802 I think it's up to the person. The workout is built as a day-to-day schedule, but you can split the day up into numerous days if you want. It will just take longer for results :)
