Sir ji, can you please tell me the difference between hanging leg raises and lying leg raises? In my very very little knowledge, they both are flexion of lower body, and primarily works on hip flexors...not abdominal.

No carbs after 4 pm must be the best joke I heard today 😂😂... Then what about people doing flexible dieting and intermittent fasting??..I've been following flexible dieting for 3 years and i eat majority of carbs before bed and still have abs...Too much outdated knowledge

best time for eating carbs is right after workout and in morning when your body needs carbs most... Glycogen is a muscle fuel..if we have enough quantity of glycogen in muscles...and we still intake calories through carbs then body immediately send those carbs for storage , as fat cells .

vidushi sharma 1g/lb for protein, 0.45g/lb for fat and remaining calories from carbs...cutting calories should be 300 cals atleast below maintenace

Sahil Raheja Brother all fat tissue is the same.. some parts have more fat because of your body's fat distribution.. 100% possible to lose fat without doing these exercises provided you stay in a calorie deficit.. read about energy expenditure in a human body and you'll find out your answer... Sahil Raheja "Fat is lost in same quantity from every place every time" don't agree with this and don't over complicate things with subcategories of fat.. keep things simple,eat lesser than what you burn and you lose fat. Simple.
