Wow! You are amazing. I know it’s not Christmas currently as I write this but I love the themed music and move names. You’re very creative. I’m excited to use these festive ones once the holidays roll around again ☺️ thanks for making workouts so much more attainable for this busy and adhd mom 🥹

Pleaaase add more videos! Your bed workouts are brilliant ;___; and style of recording too ❤️ nothing distracts me and Im sure many people thinks the same! Motivational talking is ok but no commentary is better and less annoing when you repeat the workout for many days in the row, I also love that I dont see how many exercises will be in the workout so I cant count and can focus better 😂 Your channel is lifechanging for me 🥰

I don't have the body strength to lift my body up and do the exercise at 3:41. What do you recommend?

You can replace it with regular crunches. Hope that helps 😀

Hey thanks for the suggestion. Normally I choose more upbeat music, if you've noticed from my other videos. This was a special festive video I did for the Christmas holidays last year, hence the music.

How days to see the results??

Not applicable to this workout only, but to fitness in general. Depending on your body composition and your current fitness levels to see results it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months, or possibly even a year or over. You need to make sure you eat healthy, stay hydrated, sleep well, stress less etc. It is a very different journey for everyone, but please don’t get discouraged! 🤍

You can do it on both the floor or the bed. Make sure you put a fitness mat down on the floor otherwise your back might hurt.
