How to craft the ideal demo reel and customize it for different animation job

How many times have you heard that in order to get a job you need a strong demo reel, and they share some suggestion base on their own expertise.
but how can you balance your reel to have the best chance to get a job?

The best solution for animator to get a job is making a demo reel for each category 😅 one clip is not enough one for gameplay cinematics creatures and vfx feature films Tv series and commercials 😅😅😶😶
