hey youtube fam, this is an active stretching practice i do almost everyday when i wake up. it brings a lot of movement into the body and will help you feel better almost instantly. the nice part about this little journey is you can do it anytime during the day. if you have been sitting for a while this is an awesome session to throw on and move your body a little bit. have fun and let me know how it goes!

Judging by how difficult I found the hip mobility moves in this practice I will be making this video a regular feature in my yoga practice! Thanks for a great class 🧘‍♀️

Great stretch for runners/cyclists. Been tight in the hips from training this week and this is perfect to get my ready for my long bike ride and long run for the weekend. Feeing ya on the way from the Philippines Patrick! Well done 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Thanks for this class, Patrick. I’ve been struggling with an extremely tight Piriformis, that caused Sciatica, so this is just another way I am battling it😁
